I did miss this Bella Electric Food Slicer the last time it was on sale at BestBuy, so when I did see it on sale again, I immediately did my purchase and went down to the store and picked it up. I am so glad I did purchase this food slicer, as it cut meats and cheese wonderful. Not as strong as an industrial food slicer, however, for the sale price, it is a great food slicer! Now, I can cut bacon, ham, cheese any thickness I feel like. You just need to let the cutting blade do the cutting for you and not over-power the machine by pushing too hard. Great food slicer, very happy with it.

thickness can be tuning close to zero, however the rack is kind of flimsy so you can't guarantee same thickness on same piece, it depends on your force too. kind of noisy. not easy to clean and it could only swipe instead of washing for most of parts. no food tray, you need use one hand to push and another hand to pull the final cut piece.

good for cheese,meat slices.Not a big professional one

Not the fastest but gets the job done. Shortly after I first started using it it started smoking and I thought I burned it up. It stoped smoking after a few minutes and has been fine every since then. I think some grease must have got in the motor.

I bought this to offset the price of prepackaged meats. It cheaper to make my own meats and to slice them and put it in a container. This unit works great on making thin slices. The only drawback is the cleanup. You need to take blade off to clean and wipe down the whole unit for the next time.you can't beat the price of the unit.

Slicer is a good price and works well for home use

Purchased primarily to prepare raw meats for smoking to make jerky. Cuts much easier than electric knife with partially frozen meat. Our jerky is now uniform. Have used it infrequently for about six months and no problems. Takes a little longer to clean since you want to disassemble to clean all areas.

Replaced a slicer that was not nearly as easy to clean/put together.

Terrific value for a home slicer. I have used it for pepperoni and spam and cheese - works fine for me. Just let the blade tell you how fast to feed it.

I purchased this because it was cheap. The blade is sharp and does what it is intended to do. However, it is difficult to clean since some pieces are not removable. The suction cups do not adhere well. If you are cutting a roast, the food slicer slides with each pass of pushing the meat through the blade. I may try to find some different strong suction cups.

I tried it on slicing ham and it worked well. I then cleaned the blade and cut a block of Swiss cheese which was harder to slice through but still did well. What grease do I use on the blades gears?

Works great for normal home use, but not sure it will last for extensive usage.

We bought this to add to our kitchen appliances and have used it to cut homemade bacon, homemade bread and a smoked prime rib. It works great

This product works great for the money. I love cutting me some meat!!!

Hard to clean... the blade comes off and that’s easy but the rest does not come apart at all. It cuts well, we use it to slice home made bacon and home baked bread but, if you press too hard the blade judders and you can smell burning from the motor. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for and this is very good considering the professional slicers in the deli counter cost $$$ and this cost $$. I recommend it for light duty as described.

Use the slicer weekly. Easy to clean. For the money it is great. I can three improvements; location of power button, speed and slice adjustment.

Purchased this to slice cured meat and exceed our expectations for the money. Allows you to select how thick(or thin) you want to slice. Once finished the slicer is easy to clean with a removable blade and easy to clean parts.

The Bella Electric Food Slicer slices meats, cheeses and other foods to my specifications. I especially like its precision thickness adjustment and its safety controls. It's a winner all around.

I got this one as a christmas present for my son as he had expressed interest in the one I got a couple of years ago on Best Buy deal of the day. It is so handy to have the ability to buy larger cuts of meat, like a whole pork tenderloin or beef filet, and cut it up into whatever your preference is plus it is much cheaper that way as well. I buy boneless pork loins on sale and cut up pork chops sized to our liking while saving money. It is fairly easy to clean as the blade comes off. I would highly recommend it!
