Budget slicer

It works ok, but if you apply allot of pressure on the back plate it won't hold adjustment. It only takes 1 hand to operate, so you can hold the adjustment steady with the other hand

The slicer is a bit small so don't try to slice too large a piece of meet or cheese. Slice slowly and consistently for best results. Will not cut very thin.

A slicer suitable for American kitchens
