Works fine if only making a couple burgers...

Also difficult to clean the drainage hole as grease builds up inside it. But otherwise heats up quickly and cooks the burgers evenly.

Very disappointed

The product was delivered by the post office and was damaged. I’m very disappointed with the lack of care taken when sending this item for shipping.
