Don't like it.

Hard to clean

Pretty Okay

Admittedly, it is a pretty good little grill. It cooks very fast and evenly across its entire surface. Some of the downsides are that the design does make it harder to clean once cooking is done.

used and did not work

He opened his gift this morning and was smiling from ear to ear. He wanted to cook a hamburger right then. After much encouraging he decided he will wait until lunch for a burger. When we took it out of the box, much to our surprise it looked used. We plugged it in anyway after cleaning it with a soft towel and soap and water. It heated up for a short time, then it would turn off and would not turn back on. I unplugged it and tried again and the same thing happened. Unfortunately, I will be returning it next week.
