Broken

When was taking out of box heard rattling inside grill. Part of hinge on lid was missing and something was in grill. So should have been found when they inspect finished product. So too late to return and can’t use. Sad!

Okay for the price

Does It's Job But Hard to Clean.

Would not purchase again.

Cheap. Non removable palates

Great for less than $5

So disappointed,

The plastic hardware which attaches top and bottom part of the device was broken. I loved everything but was so disappointed. I prepared my beef patties to grill on it but ultimately did it in old style on the skillet.

Burned everything or uncooked parts

I put 2 burgers in it, like it was made for. They took a lot longer to cook than my George Forman grill, but ended up being fine with the additional cook time. A week later, I was ready to use this little burger grill again and it never heated up. Disappointed and I sure hope the other Bella products i purchased, work better than this one.
