The Bella 10-in-1 Multi-Cooker is an easy-to-use and versatile device that could easily replace a handful of kitchen appliances. Design This Multi-Cooker has a sleek, compact, design, compared to anything I've seen in this sort of device. The first thing I noticed was how thin the walls of the pot are, like a normal pot and not what I would expect to see on a slow cooker. It's actually a very nice pot by itself. The handles on the pot and the lid look great and are excellent to work with. They do get hot though. The pot has a safe, ceramic, non-stick coating, that doesn't use materials like PTFE which may not be good for you. This is an excellent pot to use by itself! The cooker overall seems to be very well made. The display has large, bright, easy to read letters and numbers. There is a bright light for each setting so it's easy to see which one is selected. See the attached picture. The control panel is flat, so you don't need to worry about food getting stuck in the buttons and making it easy to clean if needed. In spite of the flat control surface, the buttons are easy to press and have a good response so you know when they've been pressed. The bottom of the cooker has place to wrap up and store the cord. There's an indent on the bottom of each end, making a place to hold it that will probably never be too hot. Even the side of the cooker (not the pot of course), while it did get hot, it was never too hot to touch the times I tried. Cooking So far, the cooking results have been excellent! I haven't gotten to try all the settings, but everything has been great. In fact, just some quick background. The slow cooker I had is one I've had for years. It has a quirk that can be a pain but generally works fine. Also, a rice cooker is something I've been interested in getting. This just does such a great job of making rice! So I'm thrilled to have this Multi-Cooker that replaces my slow cooker well but also makes an excellent rice cooker! The rice was just so perfectly one, not sticking together, and it tasted great. This was a brown rice. The manual has a chart on page 9 for making brown rice (there's a chart for white rice too) that worked perfectly, using program 2 for brown rice, program 1 is for white rice. I made frozen meatballs with the "slow cook" setting which was so quick and easy, and when they were done, they were kept warm (it automatically switched to keep warm) until I was ready to eat. That was very helpful because I wasn't sure what time it would actually work to eat. It also made a perfect batch of backed oatmeal. That probably sounds simple but the flavor was better, maybe the flavors mixed better because of the slow cook time, compared to making it in the oven. Controls Using the Multi-Cooker is very easy. Plug it in and press and hold the "Play/Pause/Power" button to turn it on. Select your cook mode. Press the "time/temp" button and set the time with the "+"/"-" buttons. Press the time/temp button again and use the . Use the "+"/"-" buttons to adjust the temperature. Then press the "play/pause/power" button. There are beeps to let you know when it starts, stops, or changes from cooking to "Keep Warm". It will beep three times to indicate that it's done. Some Things to Note Read the manual, but I'll give you some key notes here: - Before you use it, follow the steps on page 5 of the manual using water and the "Steam" setting - Only fill to 2 inches below the top of the pot - As mentioned before, the pot is great and can be used outside of the cooker. It's even oven safe to 500 degrees. The lid is not oven safe. - Make sure the outside of the pot is dry before putting it in the cooker - Don't use metal utensils in the pot - The lid is not oven safe Summary If like me, you get this to get a slow cooker, you're getting so much more! Not only does it have the other cook modes for things like steaming a rice, but the pot light weight and very versatile, not just as a pot for the slow cooker but for other things. Use this to add function to your kitchen or save space by replacing some other things you may have with one small appliance.

The bella MULTI 7-qt. 10-in-1 Multi Cooker has been absolutely fantastic! There is so much to love about this one. First off, the slate gray color is amazing. The matte-finished base and semi-gloss pot look sleek and would fit nicely on just about any countertop. It blends in while still looking good enough that you don't feel like you need to hide it away in a cabinet. So far, we've made orzo pasta and even slow-cooked some ribs, and we've already created a whole list of slow-cooking goodness to try in this bad boy! One of my favorite features is that it automatically switches to a 2 hour Keep Warm when the cooking timer is finished. This is great if you're out of the house and get home later than expected because your meal can stay warm instead of continuing to cook. I also love how lightweight the pot is compared to the heavy ceramic insert from my old slow cooker. It makes removing the pot so much easier, especially when it's full of food. The pot isn't dishwasher safe, as the dishwasher could cause some discoloration, but honestly, that hasn't bothered me at all. The nonstick coating is incredible. It took about two swipes with a sponge and everything came right off. Cleaning this thing is incredibly fast and painless. To preserve the nonstick coating, you'll want to avoid metal utensils and never cut anything directly inside the pot. Stick with wooden, nylon, plastic, or rubber utensils. I also really like that the nonstick coating is made without PFAS, PFOA, PTFE, lead, or cadmium. That's a huge plus for something we're going to be regularly cooking our family's meals in. Another neat feature is the removable steaming tray that sits at the bottom of the pot. It makes steaming vegetables incredibly easy and keeps everything nice and clean. The glass lid has a large handle that's easy to grab with oven mitts, along with a steam vent and silicone rim that keeps the lid snug while also helping protect the tempered glass. One feature I wasn't expecting to appreciate so much is that the removable pot is oven safe. If you make a casserole or another dish that needs some time in the oven, you can put the pot right in to get that nice golden-brown finish on top. The pot also looks good enough to bring right to the table and use as a serving dish. I would never consider doing that with the ceramic insert from my old slow cooker! The base has sturdy non-skid feet that do a great job gripping the countertop, and the control panel is simple to use with straightforward buttons. The cooker reaches a maximum temperature of 400 degrees, and the timer can be set for up to 12 hours. There are a ton of cooking options, including searing, sautéing, braising, steaming, slow cooking, simmering, rice cooking, and keeping food warm. This multi-cooker absolutely blows my old crockpot out of the water in terms of versatility. I'm already looking forward to the cooler months when we'll be making soups and stews, pulled pork, meatballs, chicken dishes, and maybe even some delicious dips for football season. The options seem almost endless. Overall, I am really happy with the bella MULTI 7-qt. 10-in-1 Multi Cooker. I would recommend it to anyone who loves a good slow-cooked meal or has a family to feed and wants something that's versatile, easy to use, and even easier to clean. We have a family of four, and the 7-quart capacity is plenty big enough to feed my hockey-playing kids a nice, warm meal!

The bella 10-in-1 Multicooker is the slow cooker multi-use cooking descendent of the old Crock-Pot. It is a device that allows you to use a single vessel to accomplish a variety of controlled heat cooking tasks. And while the 10-in-1 claim is a stretch, it is an easy-to-use multi-purpose countertop cooker. The ten functions are: shallow frying, sear/sauté, slow cook (lo/hi), braise, simmer, steam, rice cooker, and keep warm. The seven quarts liquid capacity translates to being able to handle about a six-pound roast with no problems. I have included a few photos below to show what that looks like in practice. Setup is very simple and operation is extremely intuitive. The cooker keeps excellent control over temperatures without exhibiting any wild swings. And although I would never want to try this myself, the literature that came with the cooker states that the cooking pot (not the lid!) is oven safe for up to an hour at 500° - I think that would ultimately damage the coating on the pot, but it’s an impressive flex. The user’s guide included with the cooker is nothing more than a step-by-step guide to each function and feels a little like overkill given how easy it is to navigate the settings…..but I know some people need details. I wish that bella had included some simple recipes to help people get to know the various functions – I think that would help people attach a context to each functionality. Alas, unless you have some real experience with different types of food preparation, there might be an unexpected learning curve looking for ways to fully utilize a device like this. The bella site has a link to a few recipes but they don’t really help you understand how the various features can help you out in the kitchen. Overall, I think this is an excellent device and surely would recommend it. Definitely worth five stars for functionality, but I have I was a little bit disappointed in the information included in the box.

This has been an awesome upgrade for our home cooking and meal prepping. For years, we have just used one of those cheap, basic crockpots under $30 that basically do one thing: slowly heat the food. There is no real fine honing of recipes or control with those crockpots; you just have to put your ingredients in and fly by the seat of your pants. This Bella multi 7-quart crockpot is different. I have been extremely pleased with the diverse uses of this crockpot, as well as its aesthetic appeal and ease of cleaning! Initial setup was no problem at all. I highly recommend you follow the manufacturer’s printed directions to do a basic clean and steam it first, because it did indeed off-gas somewhat pungent smells. We are glad we did that, though, because we have had no issues with smells since and have already cooked several great batches of food! One of my favorite features of this crockpot is that, similar to some high-quality pressure cookers I have used, it lets you sear food before your slow cook, so all the tasty flavors and fond at the bottom of the crockpot are included! I like to make a pot roast that involves searing the meat first, and it is so convenient to do it all in the same cooking appliance rather than spread it across multiple pots and pans. My wife is very pregnant and told me just today how much she appreciates how light it is. We are both looking forward to using this crockpot a ton in the fall when it comes time for our little one to arrive, and we will be making tons of soups, stews, and other crockpot recipes to make feeding ourselves high-quality food so much easier. All in all, I would rate this a solid 5/5 stars for everything we have done with it so far. It is a high quality item and I would recommend you try it out!

I am the first to admit that I am not much of a cook. Most of my food comes in a box frozen. But once in a while, I like to make one of my handful of home-cooked recipes. So, I thought that having an all-in-one cooker could be a helpful thing. That is why I ordered the Bella 10-in-1 7 qt. Multicooker. This cooker pretty much guarantees that I could do my slightly complex recipes all in one place, allowing me to Sear, Simmer and Sauté meats, make my Rice, Steam my veggies, and Slow Cook my Stews, Chilis and Chop Suey. When I received the Bella 10-in-1, I carefully unpacked the Base Unit, the Oven-Safe, Non-Stick Cooking Pot, the Tempered Glass Lid with Silicone Rim and Steam Hole, and the metal Steam Tray. Then I sat down and thoroughly read the Instruction Manual and Quick Start Guide that were included in the box. This Bella Multicooker has a limited 2-year warranty, so I scanned the QR code located on the front of the Instruction Manual and registered my new product. I made sure to read all the ‘Important Safeguards’ in the section of the Instruction Manual. Here are a few things that I found extremely important to pay attention to while reading them: 1. Surfaces, including the handles, get very hot, so use potholders when removing the lid or touching the pot handles. 2. The appliance generates steam, so always keep the lid’s steam hole to the back, keep bare hands away from the steam hole, use oven mitts when lifting the hot lid and always open the lid away from you. 3. The electric Cooker is intended for Countertop use only, do not use outdoors. 4. Do not use for deep-frying. 5. To disconnect the unit, turn power off with the Power Button and then unplug the unit. 6. To prevent heat damage to the Countertop surface, It is recommended to use a heat-resistant trivet or cutting board beneath the unit. 7. Do not try to cook directly on the Base Unit’s heating surface – Cook Only in the provided Cooking Pot. 8. Make sure to use only nylon, plastic, wooden, silicon or rubber utensils to preserve the Cooking Pot’s non-stick coating and never cut food on the Pot’s surface. So, after reading the Manual, I followed the instructions in the section called “Before Using for the First Time’, which has you wash the Cooking Pot, Lid, and Stream Tray in warm, soapy water and then rinse and dry thoroughly. Wipe the Base Unit carefully with a clean, dry cloth, ensure it is placed on a heat-resistant and level surface, then place the Cooking Pot with Steam Tray set up inside into the Base Unit. Pour in four cups of clean water, and place the Lid on the Pot with the Steam Vent to the back. Plug the cord into a 120V AC outlet. Press the Power Button, then press the Steam function button, once display comes up with Cook Time and Temperature, then press Time/Temp button and press the “-“ button to decrease the Steam time to 10 minutes. Press the Power Button again and the Multicooker will display ‘PrE’ for preheat until the Steam temperature is reached. Once the Steam temperature is reached, a tone will sound and the 10 minute countdown will begin. Once the 10 minutes is completed, three tones will sound and the Multicooker will turn off automatically. Follow safety instructions and pour out the hot water from the Pot. Rinse the Pot, dry thoroughly and return it to the Base Unit. I was now ready to prepare my dish. The ‘Before Using’ scenario gives you an idea of how each function works. You have to read carefully, pay attention and follow instructions carefully to successfully and safely prepare a meal. There are guidelines, and Time and Temp charts to guide you through cooking different types of food. But they are only guidelines. I successfully managed to cook a pot of chili. I used Sauté to brown the hamburger and Simmer to bring the beans, diced tomatoes and onions to a boil, then switched to Slow Cook LO (low temp) to finish. I like how most times and temperatures for each function are adjustable. I also like that if, while cooking, something doesn’t look correct, then you can easily cancel the function and start over. There are a few things that I do not care for on this Bella 10-in-1 Multicooker (note: I have never used a Multicooker before.) One thing is that things are cooking during the PrE (preheat) and it seems to take a long time to get up to full temperature. It is difficult to determine how long to set the actual cook time when it is already cooking before it reaches full temp. Another thing I don’t like is that several of the Adjustable Temperature Ranges for functions such as Slow Cook, Braise, and Simmer are either numbered (1-2-3) or leveled (HI / LO) and without doing testing it is only a guess at what the actual temperature will end up and if it will be sufficient or overkill for what you are cooking. On the whole, I see the Bella 10-in-1 7qt Multicooker a versatile tool that may take some trial and error to beat the learning curve. If I cooked more often, it would be more useful to me. With its 7 quart capacity, I see it much more useful to someone cooking for a larger family or company. Yes, I would recommend it to my appropriate friends and family.

This is a nice device to use for everyday cooking and would be perfect for the holidays. Setup was easy and I chose to hand clean the parts instead of running them through the dishwasher. I have other cooking ware with a similar coating and it seems the dishwasher destroys the finish so I think this would be best to hand clean. The front has a display that shows time and temperature. Under the display are the different cooking settings. I thought I had to use the start button to cycle through the different cook options, but that is not the case. To select one of the cooking options just physically push the word as that is the button, then you can adjust the time and temp. I used sear and let it heat up before placing my chicken in the pot. It seared both sides very quickly and did not stick to the pan. Once seared I added a little sauce and clicked simmer to finish cooking my chicken. Once done the chicken came out very moist and juicy, but the outside was nice and crunchy. It was pretty much perfect, and I was impressed that it cooked quickly. Once done cooking I just placed the pan in sink with some soapy water, and it took about a minute to fully hand clean. The nonstick coating made cleanup a breeze and the everything still looks brand new. I think this would be great for family dinners as it gives you another place to cook if the stove/oven is already full. I like that overall, the whole device is very light and would be great for a camper/cabin since those places usually have limited cooking areas.

My kitchen is slowly being taken over by Bella and I am not complaining. I absolutely love their products and how they cook my food. For years, I've had the Bella Pro air fryer that is still making me awesome foods, but now this Multicooker is doing much more! I would say this 7 quart 10 in 1 has more than enough space in it to create meals for a family of 4 easily. So far I have made many pasta dishes, rice, veggie plates and even my favorite carne guisada. Setup is quite easy as it comes in 3 pieces (if you count the lid), the base, the pot and the lid. The power cord is a little on the short side, but it can fit almost anywhere in the kitchen so finding a spot was no problem. The 10 things it claims to replace is as follows: Braiser, Dutch Oven, Rice Cooker, Satue Pan, Serving Dish, Skillet, Steamer, Stock Pot, Slow Cooker and Warming Tray. Personally I can claim that is performs amazing as a slow cooker, dutch oven, steamer and Braiser. I was skeptical about the rice cooker since I have always used my stand alone, but it also cooked the rice to perfection. There's nothing more I can say about how it performs great, price is good and it will streamline your kitchen by replacing many other appliances. I love Bella and this 10 in 1 is a most welcome addition to my kitchen.

I cook every single day at home, and things can get hectic when you’re cooking for four adults. I often found myself needing more room on the stove for extra pots, BUT not anymore! The Bella Multi Cooker has been a game changer. This Multi Cooker is every cook’s dream! It has so many functions and endless recipes you can make with it. Having this Multi Cooker has cut my cooking time in half. From making nice, fluffy rice to making tender, juicy birria using the slow cook setting, this cooker has quickly become one of my favorite kitchen appliances. I’ve also made refried beans and kept them nice and warm for dinner, which has been absolutely amazing. The steam rack makes it so easy to steam delicious veggies too. I love that it gives me an additional “stovetop” to work with when my main stove is full. As someone who cooks every day, having that extra cooking space is a huge help! It’s also incredibly easy to use. Just select the function you want, let it heat up, and you’re ready to go. If you cook often or simply need some extra cooking space in the kitchen, I definitely recommend the Bella Multi Cooker and you can also put the pot straight in the oven as well. Get ready for the holidays with this Bella Multi Cooker you will absolutely love it!

So I didn’t totally know what I was getting, I needed a new crockpot, I dropped my old one which caused it to go to crockpot heaven. So I saw this one and said that looks like a nice crockpot. And it does work as a crockpot, but it is also so much more than that for me. I’ve never been able to sear a steak in a crockpot before. I am not one to cook a steak on the stove or in the oven either, I prefer a smoker with maybe a pan sear before hand but usually I do a reverse sear. So I got this and it had a sear option and I was like no way it’s going to be able to do that, I have to try it. So I went ahead and got a New York steak to give it a whirl. I started by turning it on throwing butter in it with some garlic salt and peppering the steak beforehand of course. I usually do a rub but decided for simple salt and pepper this time since I was doing butter instead of an olive oil rub. Once it got up to 400 I seared each side with a little extra on the fatty side. After I got it seared I put it on sauté (there might be a better setting I gotta look into that, but sauté worked fantastically) at 350 and put the lid on, then I’d take the lid of push it towards the side and let all the butter leap up the sides and pile on the steak, repeat until it got to a perfect medium rare, I’ve tried to cook a few steaks on pans like I see on TV and always have the problem of splashing butter, that wasn’t an issue here at all, the pan contained the butter perfectly. At the end, it’s one of the better steaks I’ve made and I am thoroughly impressed with it’s steak making ability. I probably could have fit one more steak pretty easily or done three smaller steaks, so I wouldn’t say this is a steak making machine for the whole family but on the night I needed to just make myself dinner, this was perfect for that. Now if you want a family meal, I made a roast like a normal crockpot, I also made some ranch flavored shedded chicken, BBQ shredded chicken, a noodle dish, and reheated taco meat in it (Now I want to try making taco meat it it). This thing is easier to clean than any of my pans currently, the lid is flat which helps, but even cooking things in it forever the remains just come right off when I’m cleaning it. I have also already dropped it and it did not go to multi cooker heaven as metal doesn’t bust quite as easily as glass. I also love how light the pan is itself. The handles have little symbols on it that say they could be hot, I have found they don’t transfer all the heat, but they can get warm, but I have never burned myself on them so far. There are also little handholds at the bottom that make it perfect for lifting the entire system up and taking it with you. My truck has an outlet and with how perfect this contains a meal, I have started packing it instead of an inductive stovetop and pan. This just works better. So, to sum it up, I didn’t at all realize what I was getting but I’m not sure I can go back to a traditional crockpot after using this. I absolutely love it and I am using it more and more in my daily cooking needs.

I’ve been using the Bella 7-Qt. 10-in-1 Multi Cooker and so far, I’m really happy with it. What I like most is how much you can do with one appliance. I don’t have to keep pulling out different kitchen gadgets depending on what I’m making, which makes cooking feel a lot less complicated. It’s especially nice on days when I don’t feel like spending a lot of time in the kitchen. The 7-quart capacity is a great size. There’s plenty of room to make a larger meal, and I like being able to cook enough for leftovers instead of having to make dinner again the next day. I can see this being especially useful for families, but even if you’re cooking for fewer people, the extra space is convenient when you want to meal prep. I also found the cooker pretty easy to use. The different functions are convenient, and once I got familiar with the controls, it didn’t take much effort to get everything set up. I like being able to get something cooking and then move on to other things instead of having to stand over the stove the entire time. That has probably been one of my favorite things about using it. Another thing I appreciate is having fewer appliances taking up space in my kitchen. Instead of having several different gadgets for different types of cooking, this gives me a lot of those options in one place. It’s also nice when it comes to cleanup because I’m not ending up with a sink full of different pots and pans after making a meal. Overall, I think the Bella 7-Qt. 10-in-1 Multi Cooker is a really handy appliance to have around. It’s versatile, has a good-sized cooking capacity, and makes preparing meals more convenient. I wouldn’t say it completely replaces every other cooking method, but I’ve definitely found it useful for making everyday meals easier. If you’re looking for an appliance that gives you several cooking options without having to buy a bunch of separate gadgets, I think the Bella is worth giving a try. Pros: Multiple cooking functions in one appliance Large 7-quart capacity Makes meal prep easier and cuts down on dishes Con: Takes up a decent amount of storage space

I like using a slow cooker because it’s easy to prepare a meal with little work. I just toss the ingredients in, set it in the morning, and have a great meal ready for dinner. My previous slow cooker has served me well, but its porcelain pot had plenty of chips and its metal housing had dented and even begun to rust a bit. It was time for a new one, so I ordered this Bella 7 quart 10-in-1 cooker. This Bella is well-made and is extremely versatile. The included rack makes it easy to use as a steamer or roaster, and of course it works very well as a slow cooker. The metal cooking pot is sturdy and lightweight. The non-stick ceramic coating makes cleanup easy, and it’s dishwasher safe. The handles make it easy to remove from the cooker. The glass lid is also sturdy and dishwasher safe. Overall, cleanup could not be easier. The smooth controls are easy to use and easy to wipe clean. So far, I’ve used it as a slow cooker for pot roasts and as a steamer. It makes great rice and quick work of steamed vegetables with fast heating. The digital display is easy to read and it maintains its set temperature well. A very nice touch is the integrated cord storage on the bottom of the cooker. I only have one minor complaint about this Bella cooker. While the pot has handles, the base does not. I find myself trying to lift the entire unit by the pot handles, and of course that leaves behind the base. The base does have some recesses along the bottom for lifting, but it would have been nice to have handles on it, too. Other than that, this is a very good value for a well-made cooker. I highly recommend it.

This multi cooker is versatile and saves counter space. You can replace your slow cooker, rice cooker and steamer and have just one appliance on your counter. It has a 7 quart capacity, so it is great for around 8 people, but compact enough so that you don’t mind cooking smaller meals in it. The design is sleek and modern with all the controls on the front. There are eight presets on the base: braise, rice, steam, simmer, sear, sauté, slow cook and keep warm. Below those presets are a time/temp button which works with the plus and minus buttons to adjust your time/temp and lastly is the power button. The base even has a spot underneath to wind up the power cord to keep it out of the way, once the unit is cooled down. The cooking pot has a nonstick coating, so I make sure to use nylon, silicone or wooden utensils to keep the surface in good shape. The pot is made of aluminum and with the glass lid you can even put it into the oven. I love making one combo meals and with this multi cooker it makes cooking stews, soups and casseroles so much easier. I like being able to sear, sauté and simmer all in one pot, then add all my other ingredients and just let it cook in the background until it is ready. Once it is done, I can just keep it all warm until we are ready to eat. I have tried making rice and it has come out perfect and steaming vegetables is a breeze. Even my stew has come out better because I actually sear the meat first instead of just putting it in with the broth. I just didn’t feel like dirtying a fry pan to sear the meat before putting it in the slow cooker, but with this multi cooker it is easier because it can do it for you and the pot is nonstick so clean up is quick. I really recommend this Bella Multi cooker if you love the idea of having fewer appliances on your counter and love making one pot meals.

Only one complaint about the unit, and I was able to fix within seconds - the glass lid had it's handle screwed onto the wrong side! With the help of a phillips screwdriver I flipped it at all is good now! What do I like the most about this device? The base has a resin or even plastic coating on it - most multi-function "crock pot" style devices have metal and I've burned myself numerous times throughout the years, but I don't see any potential for that one this device! I tested it this past weekend and was able to prep a pot of chilli all in this device. I was able to brown meat using the sauté function, threw everything else in, mixed it, and 4 hours later woke up from a nice long nap and dinner was ready - it doesn't get much better than that! The "pot" is coated with the best anti-stick coating I've encountered. Absolutely NOTHING stuck to it. No scrubbing - we literally rinsed it with soapy water and it was clean - no rubbing, no buffing, just rinse and go. We've seriously considered getting a second one of these , as this is one of the best kitchen devices we've encountered throughout our years together.

I have had this Bella Multicooker for a little bit over a week and my family and I absolutely love it! This cooker allows to prepare a variety of foods and it does it with very well! First of all, this cooker is very easy to use, even my teenage son can use it! As most families, we are busy and love the option to either leave food cooking while away or make something quick on the go. The controls are easy to follow and use. You can choose the time and temp that you need to prepare your food item. What makes this cooker stand out from others is the option of accessing 5 different functions: Sear/Simmer, sauté, slow cook, steam and rice. One of our favorite dishes to make is Korean beef. We toss in a pot roast when we leave for work and it the meat is moist and tender. We take it out, clean out the pot and throw in some rice that is ready in 20 minutes. The rice is very fluffy and doesn't stick to the pot like a rice cooker sometimes does. We have also used this Bella multicooker to make a chicken tortilla soup. Threw in the ingredients before we left the house and 5 1/2 hours later, we have a delicious soup and the chicken is cooked just right. I highly recommend this multicooker if you are looking for a versatile cooker that turns out great food!

GOOD - Good ceramic coating - Pot can be used in the oven - The various cooking modes work well BAD - Controls aren't the most intuitive - No insulation on pot or lid handles TLDR It's a decent enough multi-cooker. It does well for cooking rice, soups, browning meat, and as a slow cooker. The ceramic coating is good and provides a great non-stick surface. The controls are somewhat clunky and not the most intuitive. The pot and lid handles are also solid metal, meaning they get hot in use and can be a burn risk. Make sure you keep a potholder nearby when using it. DETAILS Bella's claims of this being 10-in-1 and replacing 10 other kitchen appliances is a bit of a stretch, but it's still a handy multi-cooker to have around. The Bella can handle just about anything you'd cook in a large pot or deep skillet on your stove: mac & cheese, soups, spaghetti sauce and noodles, even some stir-fry if you need. It does very well as a rice cooker too. You get a small rack allowing you to steam veggies, or to cook rice in the lower portion of the pot while some meat or other is above. The pot itself is also safe in the oven, so you can use it for bakes and roasts. The ceramic coating is good quality and gives a very slick non-stick finish. However the aluminum pot here isn't terribly thick. It doesn't hold heat or even it out as well as a good cast iron pot or Dutch oven. This is also true for its slow cook function, as it won't do quite as nice a job as the thick ceramic pot in a Crock Pot or specialized slow cooker. My other two complaints might be a bit nitpicky. The pot handles, and that on the lid, are straight uninsulated metal. Perhaps that was done to allow the pot to be used in an oven, but it does mean they get rather hot in use. If you need to steady the pot while stirring, or remove the lid to check cooking progress, you will certainly need a hotpad to do so. My other, and bigger, complaint is the controls. They're serviceable, but a bit clunky and unintuitive. You'll want to keep the manual around until you learn the ins and outs of setting the different modes and how they differ. Using a single button for power on, cook start, and power off gets confusing. I'd much prefer a rotary dial for adjusting cook time and temperature ( and WHY are the + and - buttons split apart like that? ). The specialty modes ( Rice, Steam, and Slow Cook ) are good as is. The other modes should realistically be consolidated into one. Going by what's in the manual, Sear and Saute are the exact same other than the default cook time. Simmer and Braise also seem almost identical. A single "Cook" button allowing temperature control and cook time would suffice. This would also free up space for perhaps a better display, or just simplify construction and lower price. In all, it's a good cooker, very useful. Perhaps a touch pricey, but nothing offensive.

My wife has been wanting to get a multi-use cooker like this for a while, one where she could take the pot out and put it into the oven. So I was excited at the opportunity for us to test this Bella 7-Quart 10-in1 Multi-Cooker. I like the sleek and modern design. It's super simple to use, requiring a couple button presses and you're ready to go. And maybe the best part is that it is even easier to clean. We tried slow cooking a corned beef brisket, and it took a few hours longer than our traditional crock pot, but it tasted just as good. And I liked that the base didn't get hot like our crockpot. Cooking a pot roast is great, because you can just sear it in the pot, and then switch it to slow cook for the majority of the cook. I love the capacity size of this cooker, as I can make enough food more my whole family and then some. It's great for sauteing and steaming vegetables in it with the steamer insert. And with our active family, we appreciate the keep warm setting. Overall we're very pleased with the Bella Multi, and would absolutely recommend it!

Absolutely love this little multi-cooker for the kitchen have used it about five times so far to make different dishes. Simple to use and set up I have used this to make simple side dishes like barbecue meatballs as well as meals like stew. Works well has a nice modern look in the kitchen my wife likes the simplicity of it. When I first ordered it I wasn't sure if it was more of a skillet or fryer at first but once I saw that it was more of a Crock-Pot style cooker I was very happy with my selection when it arrived. You have multiple settings from low medium and high cooking to stay warm at the turn of a dial. The lid is see-through glass very easy to clean and maintain. The finish of the pot is a mat which looks nice and won't show scratches as easily as something with a high shine to the finish. If you're on the fence I definitely recommend this cooker it is perfect for the kitchen or on game days to make appetizers and other small dishes. This is a really nice addition to the kitchen and I know we will like it and my family will use it frequently especially during the winter months.

This is the ultimate all in one kitchen appliance. It's roughly the same capacity as my trusty old crock pot but does so many more things. Not ashamed to admit I've used this a few times this week already. Searing a roast before slow cooking is so simple now and I'm not dirtying multiple pots or appliances. The nonstick coating has made clean up a breeze. The base is easy to wipe down with a damp cloth as needed. I've used most functions already to try them out and each function works exactly as it should. I have been looking into these types of appliances for awhile but the reviews always made me nervous when talking about it not doing certain functions as well as you'd expect but this appliance has exceeded my expectations each time. I can't recommend this enough honestly if you want to replace a crock pot with something that does slow cooking and then several more functions. I'm already contemplating buying some for family members as Christmas gifts because this is just so convenient.
I've not used a multi-pot before but always thought it could be handy in the kitchen. I am not big on cooking, so I'm always looking for an effective shortcut or any way to make things easier. And that's what this pot does, it tries to make things easier. At the end of the day, it's just a pot that makes things hot, but the various modes basically take the guesswork of setting the temperature and time out of the equation, so you're not burning your food, or cooking it to death, or making guesses about the stovetop temperature. It's not meant for things like cooking pasta, though, I suppose you could. I'm also not terribly clear on the difference between the sear and saute options. They both allow a wide temperature range setting, and the only difference being sear has a shorter default time and lower max time. For everything else, it seems pretty straightforward, set the mode for what you need, put the food in, and cook away. Once the time runs out, it switches to keep warm, so you don't need to get back to it right away. But, there is no delay start, so no prepping ingredients and setting it so it's done cooking when you get back from work. One thing I was confused by was with the rice option, it didn't display a time, it just had a little animation, so I really wasn't sure how long was left on the rice cooking, and was unclear if it did anything to detect when the rice was done. I stopped it early before it apparently reached finished, because the rice appeared done to me. I do like it has a slow cooker option, so this really covers the slow cooker use case, plus many other pot-cooking needs. The pot is also oven safe (though the lid isn't), so if you needed to finish (or start) something in the oven, that is possible too (e.g. maybe you're adding some cheese on top and want to brown/melt it in the oven). The pot has a nice non-stick surface, I cooked rice in it, and even the leftover rice that got stuck to the bottom came off pretty easily. The lid seems nice and durable, and has a nice silicone seal, with a small steam vent (to avoid pressure buildup).

The 10 qt in 1 Bella Cooker comes with a pot that you place inside, a silver like grill, and a lid. What I like about the surface of the pot is that it is nonstick and very easy to clean. Your able to cook white and/or brown rice and there are two different settings so that the Bella will cook them according to their texture. You add the rice and water and can price the button for rice and either setting 1 or 2. I cooked white rice and the setting selected was 1. Although you don't have to add additional ingredients to the rice, I chose to add oregano, olive olive, garlic, and a little black pepper. The Bella went to work, there is a small whole in the lid that allows for steaming of whatever item that you are cooking, so I did not have to lift the lid as if I was cooking it on the stove. This was nice, I waited until it went off and then the Bella immediately went into keeping the rice warm, you know this because it lights up and tells you. The rice came out good. My family enjoyed it. I rate this product a four out of 5 and plan to cook meat in it next. I was happy to test this product and know that I will keep using it for various cooking needs. PROS: Easy to clean and use. CONS: None at this time.
