The rubber straps for securing the lid can be a bit of a pain to get off, but I've had no other issues with it so far and would definitely recommend it.

Most tender chicken I've ever eaten! Only issue is the cords holding down the lid are hard to use, but it sure does hold down the lid!

The metal on the outside is so thin that it dents in easily. I also did not care for the rubber closures. First they were somewhat awkward and a bit difficult to open. I could only imagine how much more difficult it would be trying to open while hot. Unfortunately this slow cooker was returned.
