Best Buy lost my package delivers my gift to another address. I had to go to the store and report that my Moms gift wasn’t delivered. Along with it I’m still waiting for her refrigerator to deliver after 10 weeks of waiting due to two attempts that’s failed due to damaged fridge first time and second time order mixed and the driving forgot to load the refrigerator after they showed up to my Moms with no fridge and were not able to help us. I’m still waiting for a call from a manager and delivery. Sad and disappointing

Got the cooker and the 2nd time i used it the screen went out and the whole thing quit. I will be returning.

Picked this up just in time for comfort food season! My first use was for a ton of chili, then homemade chicken soup then maryland crab soup. Today I'm making beef stew so I can take advantage of the searing function. I've only had it a few weeks but I didn't even keep my old slow cooker as a backup. Donated it to Goodwill. I have learned to trust in the Bella Pro appliance line. When I find something that is really good I want others to know about it as well. Their appliances are quality, ergonomic, functional, and they prepare your food perfectly. Even cooking and ease of use when setting make this slow cooker a must have. Over the years, I've had several slow cookers and I'll never go back to having any other. My kitchen is decked out in Bella Pro products because they are both functional and beautiful. This slow cooker is no exception. Finally, in 2025 a company who cares about the quality of the product they put out at a price that won't break the bank!

I love a slow cooker but the searing function takes this one above and beyond. We made the most amazing pot roast with a delicious crunchy edge. We do not have a lot of counterspace, and this is the lightest slow cooker I have ever seen. It makes it easy for me to move it back and forth to our top cabinet shelf. It is surprisingly light weight!

Excellent, great color matches my kitchen! Travels well with the easy handle carriers! The actual crockpot itself is very very light and easy to wash!
