Large Air Fryer

After using a couple of times this fryer has started to make a grinding sound on start up. It eventually stops making the noise. Sounds like fan is hitting against something, but not able to discover what is causing the noise.

My gripe here is with the center tray. I feel the height should be adjustable in order to put it in the middle but it just ends up sliding right to the bottom. Maybe it's supposed to be on the bottom? When cooking partially loaded I feel it would cook much better if it could be raised and stay in position.

Its super fast, quiet and absolutely amazing. I love the touch screen, simplicity of use, and how fast it preheats. If you have a large family you will need a bigger air fryer for sure. I definitely recommend this product and brand!
