Worst product i ever bought. Non stoppable plastic odor! and this is affect to food taste, and not sure its healthy. Not recommend this item.

Bought this a year ago. Wife is happy with the cooking results but I find one huge drawback. The electric cord and plug become so hot that we have to use an oven mitt to unplug it from the wall outlet.

Died after 8 months. Took good care of it. Great when it worked, not for the long haul.

Bella Pro doesn't return calls. Difficult to reach customer service with problems. Won't buy products from Bella Pro again.

Shop elsewhere or be ready to pay premium with bestbuy everything ships ground. Unless you pay for premium account.

Time button did not work. The divided unit did not stop the heat in the unused basket, burning secondary food.

Best Buy sent me a dented floor model. Disgusted and disgusting. I sas in the process of moving so I just opened it and missed my return date. So the product doesn't work.

I got a defective product Stopped working after couple of uses in 2 months and I couldn’t return/exchange it because of the return window.

This fryer smells like one kind of chemical and imparts that smell to the food which is concerning due to chemicals used from some foreign countries and their lack of regulation.

I guess it would be ok if it's only one person! It's so small you can't cook much in it!

Heating element broke after a week. Possibly from pushing the basket too quickly and at a slight angle in which case it's far to fragile.

It's hard to believe the air fryer is dead after I purchased it in less than a year. I am very disappointed. Hopefully, they will fix or replace it.

This thing is a piece of garbage! I had it 2 months used it 1 time and it stopped working. The only thing Best Buy would do was give me another one. So now I have another piece of garbage. Thanks Best Buy for selling crap.

Bought this over a month ago and my food tastes like the air fryer still

Coil Stopped turning to heat after 3 months (less than 10-12 times usage). Now I don’t have return option. I will try to look for warranty options. We are little disappointed.

Used it twice, first time no issues but the next, the fryer stopped working on me and won’t power up! Would not recommended!
