Pretty and compact, but...

It worked well for a few days, then the milk foam became very sparse. I cleaned it and followed the suggested procedure, but it didn't improve. Cleaning the milk container is awkward due to its shape. I'm sorry, I had to return it.

Good when it does not leak!

Milk frothing can also lead to milk leak, still could not figure out how or why it has happened.Returned promptly.

Return process of the manufacturer was complicated and time consuming. It also involved sending them photos and videos. Best Buy took the machine, checked to see that all the parts were there and gave us credit, on the spot.
