Right out of the box missing pieces. If you buy this recommend checking the box and making sure everything is there. Best buy wouldnt send another one.

Great espresso maching for the price

Once we figured out how to use it, this is a great little espresso maker that makes delicious drinks. For the price, this is exactly what we were looking for. We purchased a much more expensive unit initially and ended up returning it because it was too complicated and made a mess. We are very happy with this machine.
