Makes excellent espresso drinks quickly and easily. Consider the MSRP of this machine and the price of premium coffees bought outside the home. It does not take long for the Bella Pro to pay for itself. This is one of the best purchases I have ever made. I am currently using Pleasant Hills ground coffee and whole milk and the results have been wonderful.

This expresso maker was perfect, except there is a metallic taste and smile the comes from the black top part of the milk frother container. We ran it though cycles, washed it etc and the taste of metal is still there. We had to return it because it was undrinkable. I know of others who have had this problem. Definitely something the manufacturer needs to look at and resolve. Other than that it's great and would have received 5 stars. I would not recommend UNTIL they fix the metal issue.

This is the best coffee machine I've ever had. First I bought a Keurig, but I wasn't satisfied and bought a Ninja. Then one day I received a discount on this machine and decided to take the risk. It was the best purchase I ever made. All my friends who tried the coffee from it bought one just like it.

I purchased a Bella Pro Barista Elite as a college gift for my daughter. On move-in day, while unpacking the machine, we discovered that the water tank was damaged and unusable right out of the box. My first step was to contact Best Buy customer service. Unfortunately, after waiting on hold for more than 45 minutes without receiving assistance, I decided to visit the Best Buy store nearest my daughter's apartment to resolve the issue in person. When I arrived, I was informed that the original color I purchased was unavailable, but another color was in stock. However, I was also told that because I had originally purchased the machine at a lower sale price, I would have to pay the price difference to receive a replacement. This was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. The product arrived damaged through no fault of my own, yet I was expected to pay more than $100 additional just to replace a defective item. As a Best Buy Total member for many years, I have spent thousands of dollars with your company and have never filed a claim or requested special accommodations. Given my loyalty and purchase history, I expected a much higher level of customer service. Instead, I was left paying significantly more money to replace a product that was defective from the start. What makes this situation even more disappointing is that after the store visit, I called customer service again and was told that had I reached them first, they could have arranged a replacement at no additional cost and provided a prepaid return shipping label. I explained that I had attempted to contact customer service before going to the store but could not get through after an extended hold time. Additionally, the store never informed me that an even exchange or online replacement option was available. The issue is not simply the damaged product. Defects happen. The problem is how the situation was handled. I was given inconsistent information, not presented with all available options, and ultimately required to spend over $100 more to replace a defective item. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. This is not the level of service I expect from Best Buy, especially as a long-time Total member and loyal customer. I would appreciate a review of this situation and reimbursement of the additional amount I was required to pay due to the damaged product. I love the product not happy with Best Buy

Ease in operation and easy maintenance. Good value.

Good but not the best. Froth option gives cold milk and need to use oven again to heat the beverage. Steam option would have made it even better.

This item was purchased as a Mother’s Day gift for my wife & mother. They absolutely love it. One piece of it broke, but we were able to easily exchange it for a new one. Other than that, great product! No more Starbucks or other coffee shops. They just make it right at home.

Simple way to get an espresso. Not the best but good enough for me.

My husband has been enjoying espresso more frequently. This was easy to set up, clean, and use. He's enjoyed all three variations of drinks and feels with a higher quality ground espresso he can replicate French bakery level drinks.

I absolutely love this espresso maker! The auto frother is a game changer — it creates perfectly creamy foam with little to no effort. The machine is incredibly easy to use, even for someone who isn’t a barista. If you want barista-level drinks without the barista-level skill (or pants), this machine is a winner. Highly recommend!

Based on price paid for this coffee maker, I would rate it a good buy. It won’t create professional quality drinks but it is very good for the home.
