I love my coffee maker. It makes coffee very well, and has an auto shut off.

the coffee maker works fine although not intuitive, I was able to figure it out, the espresso function is fine but takes a while to warm up and again not obvious how it works. The water res lid warps when the water is heating to brew and lets heat and steam out while brewing. alert and timer functions are a good addition.

Purchased this as an early Valentine's Day gift for my family. After reading reviews and background on dozens of <$500 espresso capable machines prior to buying, at this point, I am extremely satisfied with this product. I would be happy to have paid more, but deal hunting pays off!

it's nice if this is what you are looking for. When you start to enter the world of espresso making there's Pandora's box of options and subtleties that you can get lost in the rabbit hole with. We bought this because it was a Deal of the Day for only $100 so we decided to give it a try. It's nice but it's really messy when you use the milk frother and honestly, I realized I'm not a barista and nor do I intend to be so this machine is a little too much for me and my family. I'm the type of guy who just needs a quick cup of coffee and I can't be spending 10 minutes+ just to make a cup. So I ended up returning this and bought a Keurig which has the cappuccino and latte options and even has a milk frother without making the mess all over the kitchen. On top of that, it was super difficult to program. Directions were very confusing and not easily accessible online for support.

Bought this off the daily deal. Judging from the crusty dry milk. It was used. I thought it was strange when they shipped from Vacaville. They wouldn’t let me just pick one up from a local store. The daily deal is just reused refurbished items without a warning

So I got this thinking it was new. Opened the box, everything looked ok. Well the drip tray has dried hard water spots, so obviously used... But that's not the worst part. There's about a ft and a half long hair stuck in a crevice of the machine near the dispensing area. Absolutely disgusting, will be returning. And I'm bald, so definitely isn't my hair

Lasted a little over 8 months and the coffee maker died.

Portafilter always ended up being "soupy" and the espresso was not strong at all. Not sure if it's a faulty machine or it's designed this way. Very poor instructions and material build quality was bad as well for the $199 price point (eg: plastic tamper)

Coffee pot fell apart after the 2nd pot of water through the machines. The metal band around the bottom of the carafe was loose and handle came detached dumping entire pot on the kitchen floor. Had to go find a universal replacement carafe.
