It does perform the kcup function, at a lower price point. I have not tried the ground cup function. However, the lid easily slips into the water hold area, annoying. I’m not convinced I will keep it, but I have used it daily for over a month 2x / day without any issues. I did buy at discount and would not recommend unless doing the same, not overly feeling the quality.

Like the idea, seems like the build quality is less then ideal. After 6 days of using it, it started to leak out of the base. I am guessing that is where the water pump is located and that is where it was leaking when not in use. Had to return it as the unit is defective. Doesn't give a lot of trust in the product. 6oz seems to be optimal for strength and 8 cups is what Keurig recommends. With the tank filled to max is brews about 4 - 6oz cups, before having to refill. Never tried the basket they included as I primarily purchased it for K-Cups.

I really like the concept and the price. Unfortunately I received a faulty unit. The lid doesn't close all the way and the steam comes from the top. The other issue is that it doesn't brew the amount that is listed under the buttons, for example, when you press on 10 Oz, it makes less than 6 Oz

I will be returning this item. Honestly, it just sucks. 1) Brews warm coffee 2) Lid pops off while brewing, stopping the brew process. 3) Lid doesn't shut for the 1st minute of brewing so you have to hold it to keep it from popping off. If not it'll pop off and stop. 4) Just horrible and cheap!

Looks like it could be excellent!! I loved and was sold on it that I could fill a 14 ounce yeti rambler under it. Loved the water capacity …. Alas the reservoir was cracked in two spots so it had to be returned.

Best for the small place coffee maker. The best part of this is it supports the pods and the ground cofee poweder and best to prepare coffee for 1-2 people

I'm not real happy with this. And then of course I redeemed my rewards so that doesn't make me happy! But this coffee maker does not make a very hot cup of anything.

Do not buy this product under any circumstances. It’s so defective I’ve been through at least 2 or 3 of these. You’ll find that the consistency of build is very inconsistent. Closing the latch is uneven. This product leaks on a regular basis. The pour portions are inconsistent as well. This product is a waste of money.

This was a gift for my mother in law. She loved it. So easy to use and clean.

Machine worked great the first couple of weeks. Now it brews half of whatever selection is selected and it makes a loud whistling sound (much like a train). I have to push on the buttons several times because it never brews on the first time. The coffee also comes out watered down no matter what selection is chose. Purchased item on 11/3 and today is 12/20. Regret my purchase and would not recommend it to others.

We just purchased it and from the first try the kcup was crushed and it would not close properly. It only filled half the mug. We then attempted it again and the coffee spilled out the sides from the top. Even tho we got it to "close". It has made such a mess on our counter I don't even want to deal with it anymore

The first one I received had a damaged tank. Returned it to Best Buy and got a replacement, but this one, the lid does not close properly. Very poor quality.

This failed before a year was up. Not really that much use as well. It was not used daily. Lots and lots of steam from the top of the unit but no coffee in the cup. FAIL.

One week after BestBuy return limit, it started whistling like a teapot and barely brewed coffee. DON'T WASTE YOUR $$

Bella Single Serve Coffee Maker My husband and I travel a lot and sometimes the coffee makers in the hotel rooms aren't working properly or maybe we are not quite sure if they are clean. This little gem solved all our problems. It is small enough to take in a bag but, does a big job of making hot, fresh coffee. It is easy to operate and comes with a full instruction book. The coffee maker can make 6-14 ounces of your choice beverage and you can use a k-cup or coffee grounds with the adapter that comes with it. I can also use it just to heat up the water for tea later in the day. I look forward to using my little coffee maker every time we go on a trip and I know you will to.

What a perfect single serve coffee maker. Slim design to fit anywhere on your counter without taking up much space So easy to use with only pushing 2 buttons and you are on your way to a hot cup of coffee, which only takes a minute to brew. I love the fact this little machine can make up to 5 different sizes , you can either use k-cup or the coffee basket to brew your own choice. The water storage tank in the back is an added bonus. Great item for a good price.

Perfect if you are the main person that drinks coffee in the household like I am. The only thing is the ounce selection an ounce or two short of the coffee you get. It's small enough that it wont take up much counter space. It has an adjustable base so you can bring your smaller mug closer to the pour part, but I never use it and it really does not splash by leaving the mug at the bottom setting. It's not noisy. It's easy to clean and it doesn't look cheap. I can use the refillable ground coffee pod of use prefilled ones

I loved this one cup coffee maker. It’s so convenient and easy to use. It would be perfect for any Kitchen especially if you need extra space because it’s small. It works fast and with the cup ounce options gives it an extra bonus feature. Of course you can select either the coffee capsule or use your own ground coffee. I would Recommend this coffee maker to anyone.

The coffee maker fits nicely on the counter even with the water tank. It is easy to use with coffee grounds or pods. I wish the water got just a tad hotter, but other than that, very happy with it.
