Amazing classy modern at home coffee experience.
This is basically a hybrid keurig/drip pot machine. You can use k-cups or your own ground coffee for single serve which I prefer. It also has an entire resorvoir, reusable fitlered brew basket and carafe for 12 cup drip.
It is silent compared to other machines I have used, the aesthetic and UI or touchscreen interface is classy and modern.

Perfect for everyone single cup or a pot size of coffee. Both work fast and hot coffee. Still running great and bought it on sale.

Bulkier than expected. P65 Warning not expressed in the listing. Does the job it promised to do. Had a hard time registering for the warranty - the specific model name wasnt listed on the warranty registration form - had to reachout by email to get it registered. Extreme short cord - not recommended to use an extension cord - so be sure you want in placed right infront of your counter outlet. Not recommended to be used while under cabinets. Doesnt come with the single serving cup itbis picture with in the listing and on the box.

I wanted the convenience of being able to fix a single cup of coffee with either a store-bought pod or my usual coffee blend. I also like to make a whole pot so I can make prepared cups of iced coffee in my fridge to grab quickly in the morning to start my day. I love this and would highly recommend it.

Don't like the touch screen. Just make a button to turn on off. products with touchscreen are not good. Touch screen breaks product needs to be fixed. No one will fix product. To complicated. It's just a coffe machine.

I mostly bought this because i loved how it looked…. The stone beige color was very appealing to me and we didnt have a coffee maker! We typically did drip coffee or used our nespresso. This coffee pot has been absolutely anazing. Works great, has a KCup side, is programmable. Cant think of a one downside other than it is a little big so if you have small countertop space it might not work

The Bella Pro makes good coffee, but the unit itself has several design flaws that make it difficult to operate when placed under cabinets. First the multi-brew lid for the coffee basket and water tank is 11.5" long making it impossible to flip up when under a cabinet. I find the need to pull the coffee maker out and rotate 90 degrees to flip the lid up. The single serve lid has a similar issue. The lid is smaller, only 5", the water tank is 5.5" and the handle to remove the water tank is under lid so you need approximately 11" of clearance to remove the tank. Also, for the controls I would prefer a dedicated power on/off switch to turn the unit on or off. Again, it makes good coffee, it's just a pain to operate when placed on a counter with cabinets.

I really like this with 2 small exceptions. The water reservoir is too small for the single brew function. 2 14oz cups at max. Seems like I'm constantly refilling it. The Kcup holder doesn't drain completely always leaving a couple of drips to drop on the holding tray when the coffee cup is removed. Overall I'm very happy with it. It's fast and Offers Kcup or carafe brewing.

Great product! We had been looking around for awhile for machine that could both brew a pot of coffee and use Keurig cups as needed. This machine accomplishes both and makes great coffee. I don't believe this is a negative but this machine is relatively large at least compared to a regular single cup Keurig. We have had no issues and serves is life's nectar every morning. Highly recommend.

This machine is great for the flexibility of brewing a whole pot or just 1 cup! It’s quiet when brewing and keeps the coffee hot! The ome thing indomt love is the lid on the coffee pot has a long stem which is odd and makes it difficult to fill water from the fridge. I also wish the drip tray of the k-cup aode went up a little higher as coffee splashes out and on to my counters a bit when brewing. Overall im happy woth my purchase and would recommend it to others!

It's not the most user-friendly (maybe I've been spoiled with my old Keurig) and the lid doesn't stay up on its own when you need to fill it with water or add grounds but it makes a decent cup of coffee so I can't really complain.

Love it so far, it has some quirks about how to set the brew and warmer. But coffee is hot and it makes full cups.

I love the look of this coffee pot and all the various functions!! I was able to take two products and combine it into one and still have the same great flavor! I like that it comes with reusable filters and has a strength option. This has been a great addition to our kitchen appliances.

A Coffee Maker So Powerful It Taught Me Humility
This stainless‑steel beast does everything: full pot, single‑serve, hot plate, programmable timer — basically the Swiss Army Knife of caffeination. It’s sleek, it’s shiny, and it looks like it could pilot a small aircraft.
But let’s talk about the real feature:
The “You Forgot the Carafe, Didn’t You?” Mode
Yes, friends. I, a grown adult with bills and responsibilities, managed to hit “brew” without the carafe in place. And this machine — bless its enthusiastic little heart — would not brew an entire 12‑cup pot directly onto my countertop like a caffeinated Niagara Falls.
The coffee tastes great, the single‑serve side is clutch for rushed mornings, and the whole thing feels sturdier than my willpower at 6 AM.
Pros
Makes great coffee
Looks fancy enough to impress guests
Single‑serve + full pot = versatility
Teaches you valuable lessons about paying attention
Cons
Will not stop you from making terrible life choices, and you be wide awake making them!
Final Verdict
Buy it.
Use it.
Respect it.
And for the love of all things caffeinated, remember the carafe.

So far, so good. This coffee maker replaces one that was about 10 years old, and no longer kept the coffee warm enough. This one does. The versatility of having the pod option is great when you have a mix of caffeine and no caffeine drinkers. The speed with which it brews coffee is quite fast.
