I haven't used the grinder yet since I have only bought ground coffee so far, but I have been happy with the results. The coffee came out delicious. I also liked that I could choose the size of my cup of coffee to 6 oz, which is the right size for me. It is also quite easy to use.

This makes a great cup of coffee. Much more flavorful and definitely stronger brew than any Kuerig that I've used. I love the ability to use pre-ground or whole beans. Its super easy to clean and maintain and cost savings vs having to buy pods all the time.

Makes very good smooth coffee. The grinder is a bit noisy, but works perfectly for a small or large cup. Unlike with K-cup type machines, you have to empty the basket manually and rinse it out before you make the next cup. With one button you can stop the grinder if you want to place pre-ground coffee into the basket.

Like having fresh ground coffee. Wish the ground cup were bigger so that more than one cup of coffee could be brewed without removing the grounds

Easy to use and easy clean.Small and compact, it doesn’t take up much space and is easy to place. The coffee grinding can be set with a timer, which is very convenient.

Makes great coffee, and does it all, from grinding to pouring, this is easy to maintain as well. I would recommend, especially if you get a deal

This coffee maker produces great tasting coffee. Using freshly ground beans is the secret. It is easy to use. I have no problem with cleaning the coffe grounds out after each brewing cycle. I like that the machine adjusts the quantity of ground coffee based on the size selected. I once needed two cups of coffee, so I brewed 16 oz. And divided it into two cups. I do put a flat filter in the bottom of the permanent filter. It makes it easier to clean clean it out.

I got this at a good price on a deal of the day. After using a couple of times it been cleaned, dried and put the basement as a backup coffee machine. Why it’s not a daily machine? The power cord is too short, need to use extension cable, so very unsightly. No paper filter, can only use custom made gold filter, this is a pain in the butt. The need to clean the filter each time is very messy, if I had known up front that you can not use paper filters I would have skipped. I like just throwing a paper filter. The biggest issue, you can not control grind time or quantity, you can have it grind more selecting bold or over ice, but the default grind is too much. How is this labeled a pro machine when you can not control grind quantity or time. Avoid, better coffee makers on the market.

Love this single serve coffee pot. It looks great, the grinder works great, the coffee is nice and hot (or cold if you want) and it brews quickly - I usually do 14 oz, which is 2 oz less than the biggest cup you can brew. And not having to add water every day is a plus. The only thing that annoys me is cleaning the grounds out of the basket everyday - but it is better for the environment than paper filters.

Works wonderful. Have been using now for a couple weeks and make a great cup of coffee.

Best coffee grinder for the price. Easy to use and works good

Rating the coffee maker is complicated. It makes an excellent cup of coffee, no doubt. The burr grinder and mechanical function are great. The problem is that it can only make one cup at a time, expected, but had a eureka moment after having been spoiled by the convenience of pods. Clean up, while not difficult, is messy and time consuming, so if you are a multiple cup type of person, this may be of importance to you.

Slow in making a cup of Joe but, I like the fresh ground coffee taste. Better than Keurig and k-cup

Solid product overall, a little slower than I thought it would be but does the job well and works perfect. Enjoying my coffee now!

Good machine. A little quirky but gets the job done. I like that you can use fresh beans for every cup.

I bought this to replace an old 12 cup ground and brew system I've had for years. This single serve grind and brew system is amazing, easy to use and I never have a half of pot of wasted coffee anymore. In fact I'm probably drinking more coffee now Because it is so easy and less waste.

​The Bella Pro works exactly as expected and brews excellent coffee. The built-in grinder performs perfectly every time. While cleaning the filter can be a bit tedious, the machine is otherwise flawless and highly recommended

Great machine for the price. I bought it when it was on special, the built in grinder makes it easy to buy coffee beans and have freshly grind coffee woth every cup. Easy to start up, just follow directions and enjoy yourself a cup of coffee

I had never heard of this brand of coffee maker and it’s pretty nice! My old espresso machine didn’t work anymore so I purchased this model & love the ease to make coffee from either ground or bean coffee!
