It is messy and the filter is hard to empty and lets grounds in the cup

Cheap, flimsy, and disappointing. The parts feel low quality, performance is inconsistent, and it’s nowhere near worth the price. Feels like a budget coffee maker with a premium label.

Makes decent coffee, while using the grinder option, gets very messy. Both dry and wet coffee grounds tend to splatter outside the filter, which makes cleanup frustrating.

Is to slow for make a cup of coffee.

Perfect for single cups of freshly brewed coffee without the cost of a Kurig.

What a piece of junk. Save your money. This thing takes 5 and 1/2 minutes to make a single cup of coffee and that's not the worst part. I also requires a ton of cleaning. And to boot only makes a half decent cup of coffee full of coffee sludge . I brought this back one day beyond the return and now I am stuck with a nasty paperweight. Best Buy is now my least favorite store as they would not even consider a return one day late. I have been a loyal customer for years now I am not a customer. Don't sell crap and not take the return is crossing a red line and I will not go back! Best Buy is not what it used to be. Manager did not even come out the back to talk to me. Oh Hyannis MA. worst store ever!

For the price, this is an amazing product. The quality using fresh beans is amazing.

It would be a great coffee maker if it was only consistent in the amount of coffee it actually brewed...you never know if you are going to get 2oz or 10 oz....very disappointed!

If you like freshly ground beans and only plan on making enough for one serving, this is perfect!!!

I could not get this coffee maker to grind beans. I returned the first one thinking it was defective. Best Buy was great about the return. No questions asked. Ordered the replacement to be delivered to my home. When it arrived, I tried again, still couldn't get it to work. Looked online for videos. Contacted the Bella company and asked for a video or help. They wanted my receipt, a picture, and a video before they'd even speak with me or answer my inquiry. I returned it to Best Buy again, who refunded my money and was pleasant and efficient.

Not what I thought it would do. Too complicated to use and accessories hard to find/ purchase

Worked for about five cups of coffee, then lost all ability to dispense the proper amount of water. First it overflowed the cup, then only dispensed a few tablespoons instead of 12 ounces. After that, it seemed to give up only about 25% of the amount it was asked to dispense. It's also a bit of a task to dump the grounds, clean up the filter and clean up the machine where it dispenses the water as coffee grounds seem to get out of the filter and get all over the area in back of where the water comes out and enters the filter compartment.

Bought this less than 30 days ago, stopped working. Best buy has a 15 day garbage return policy. I guess I know why retail is dying. Throw this in the trash. And buy from Amazon. At least they have a 30 day return policy. Good bye best buy, it was a good run. I bought everything in my home from you.

Not happy with the strength and the heat of the coffee

Good price, but I found it to be slow and messy, returned.

Leaks water and coffee grounds all over the place.. I’ll be throwing in the trash after just 1 month because it’s past the return period.. Not out that much money as I bought it for $44 less $10 Best Buy rewards :(

Grinder is worthless. If you are brewing a 1 or 2 oz cup, I am sure it would work. If I had paid full price for the machine I would be not be very happy.

Don’t do it. Went through 2 units, both had a water sensor issue right out of the box. It’s junk. Spent a little bit more $ to get a better unit that actually works.
