Actually it's great for small spaces and those of us, including myself who are not supposed to eat fried foods :} I was honest and informed my nutritionist that I do eat fried green tomatoes and sometimes other veggies maybe once no more than twice a year.

Only issue was cleaning... nothing to remove so youd have to maneuver the whole fryer in sink to actually wash the inside?? which was very difficult. Ours didn't last long because of that issue, ours broke in sink while cleaning. the whole bottom fell off & apart. Ended up throwing it away. would not recommend

Perfect little fryer

It cooks fish really well and crispy. Even though it's small it handles a decent size for one person. I fry two Talipia pieces of fish and I cut them in half. This is a perfect little fryer and does the job well.

Smaller Than I expected but Seems to work just fin

Heats up fast and seems to be a consistent temperature. Can't tell you about it's durability but it looks pretty sturdy.
