Follow the instructions exactly and you will have the perfect deep-fried food. So far, perfect fired wontons.

Does a good job heating up to 400° and cooking evenly. I only wish the no-stick bucket was removable for easier cleaning, but still worth the sale price I got it for.

One down fall is the hall broke off the basket while taking it out of the box so I cant hang it to drip excess oil. But still a great cooking kitchen gadget

Gets pretty hot, not something you want within the reach of little kids....so BE CAREFUL. Frying is not like baking supposed which is meant to be fried. Certainly this one was priced right to add to the maze of kitchen appliances if you have room.

Does not use a lot of oil so great for small jobs and then you can throw away the oil if it's overused. Yes buy it..it's worth it

If you dnt mind refrying food many times without washing this is for you. Since the frying can not detach for washing, it’s difficult to clean. The basket for storing food works, but isn’t designed well. Badder can get stuck in between small holes making it hard to wash.
