It heats up and tells you when it ready to start frying. Doesn’t take long to fry and does the job as described. It’s made out stainless steel. It’s the perfect little fryer.!!

Bought this because my previous fryer only fried enough for one person. This fryer is big enough for me to fry for my family of 3. The basket is big. Heats pretty fast too.
