Its flaw is the inability to clean it without a huge hassle. There is no drain hole you have to pour the oil out of the top. The lid does not remove or lock so you are fighting it the whole way.

This fryer is a perfect fit for my countertop. It uses approximately one 48 oz bottle of oil and is perfect for frying wings, fries, onion rings, shrimp, etc.
