After messing with it, it worked again. This makes me think there is a fire hazard.

Compact Deep Fryer

Not good for any whole size fish orders but catfish nuggets or fries work out well.

Great little fryer for the price.

Has more frying area than you would expect. Not to big but not to small and heat recovery is fast. I bought it for a back up in case my bigger one dies. Now I'm using it all the time and my bigger one is the back up.
