She cooks up fried delicious food, but won’t last if you need to clean. There is absolutely no way to separate the parts that need cleaning from electrical components.

Not what I expected. It's really small. 1.6 quart is for real. Not my favorite but if you just need something till you get something better it'll work.

But if you only need to deep fry small batches, go for a smaller deep fryer, as a minimum oil level is labeled inside this machine (Perhaps it will get unsafely hot if the oil level is less than the minimum recommended?)
