Don't Waste Your Time

It never reaches the temp on the dial. I needed it to get to 360 to cook fried okra and my thermometer showed that it never got above 340, so my food came out undercooked. Also, be careful if you fill the basket more than 1/2 full. If you go with 6 cups of oil as suggested, IT WILL OVERFLOW ALL OVER YOUR COUNTER!!!!! SAFETY HAZARD.

All flour mix sticked onto that mesh try and it's so hard to control the temp. I would rather pay more and buy better quality ones
