Don't Waste Your Time

It never reaches the temp on the dial. I needed it to get to 360 to cook fried okra and my thermometer showed that it never got above 340, so my food came out undercooked. Also, be careful if you fill the basket more than 1/2 full. If you go with 6 cups of oil as suggested, IT WILL OVERFLOW ALL OVER YOUR COUNTER!!!!! SAFETY HAZARD.

I’m so disappointed. I would not this product. Save your money and put your money to a better one. This is nice because it is small and convenient doesn’t use too much oil but if it’s only gonna work once forget it!
