Don’t buy!! Falls apart

It cannot withstand the temperature of the frying. I’ve been using it for 39 days when it just stopped working. The body/parts started to come apart. I’m trying to get warranty through manufacturers because I’m really pissedThat I cannot return through Best Buy since I only have 15 days to do it. Putting warranty on it as well will not be worth it because it’s going to die on you. Not very happy. At first I’m happy with it because it’s doing what it supposed to do which is fried chicken nuggets. However I don’t know if the temperature stays as it says because it had to preheat every so often. Lastly it’s hard to clean I had to be so careful when I’m washing the inside. You cannot take apart the fryerTo clean so I had to wipe only the inside. No power button

Not worth the money

Unsatisfactory shipping

This item was delivered as an off the shelf item, meaning, it was not in a shipping box/container. This is unacceptable!! I'm surprised it wasn't stolen along the way. Everyone who touch this item or was in viewing sight know what this item was. This was not an isolated incident. My last (3) purchases arrived the same way and I will be providing the same review for them. Has Best Buy changed its shipping policy??? This occurred in Montgomery, AL. Fix it. Do I need to start picking my purchases up at the store or would it be better if I used Amazon delivery.
