It worked well for about a month until it didn’t. It started falling apart and now it no longer works after just that one month of using. So sad because it’s such a cute little fryer and now too late to return to best buy because of their return policy.

Not made to last

I thought it was a goner, but I somehow managed to fix this on my own. It wasn’t easy trying to get all the internal components back inside and aligned properly. 24.5 months in, just outside of the 2 year warranty, lights don’t come on and it no longer heats up. That’s it. Game over.

Another garbage Bella product

I had two of these and returned both. The first one had parts underneath that kept coming off. The second one had an issue with the thermostat where it never got hot. Don't be tempted to buy this when it's $15 or $18 like i did-you will soon see it's garbage and will return it too.

Never heated up no matter how much troubleshooting we did. Also, it has a Non-stick interior. Non-stick plus heat equals chemicals in the oil, then to your food, then to your organs. BB's return period is so disrespectfuly short that I got stuck with it. So into the garbage it goes. This AND my money...

A pain to clean.
