Great product, looks smaller but enough to be used, like it

Obviously don't expect a premium experience. Not bad for a budget.

The one I received was defective. There was a crack at the top corner. The item itself packed very well. So I guess the crack was there during shipment somehow. It looks very nice, but never got a chance to use it.

I purchased this a week ago online , it came in worked good made homemade fries, family enjoyed easy to clean, couple day later i was going to use again it started to show preheat then shut off never came on again, I returned today, the thing is I bought on sale, it is no longer on sale so I just got a credit of what I paid for it, even though when I went to best buy I said I wanted an exchange, it was not in stock at the store which I already knew.

Did I Say Trash?! I Removed It From The Box, Wiped It Down, Set It Up… Boom! No Lights On, No Heat… Nothing! It Never Worked. I’m Very Disappointed. But, This Isn’t The Only Item That I Purchased That Didn’t Work Out Of The Box. I Purchased A Meat Slicer… Same Thing! I Won’t Be Investing My Money Into This Company Again.

I wish I could give negative stars. I plugged it in and left it for about 5 minutes, when I came back into the kitchen it was smoking and the smell of burning plastic was awful. I shudder to think what might have happened if I hadn’t returned when I did. I should’ve taken a picture but I was focused on getting it unplugged and out of the house.

I received the item, unboxed it, and tossed the packaging, and a few days later, filled the unit with oil, and, behold, it did not work. The light came on showing the unit was "ready" to cook immediately, and did not heat at all. So, as I did not have the packaging, the unit was now full of oil, I decided to trash the entire thing, and just deal with the loss of purchase price, for the unit and oil- grrrr- not pleased with this one at all.

Item is smaller than expected. You can actually fit 3 whole chicken wings in there. After only just one use, it fell apart. Picked up unit to dump grease out. The bottom of the unit detached.

On the alert list for when back n stock. Question whether it will be the same price?

I mean it’s cheap so I did not expect nothing more nothing but I was expecting at least one used out of it but it was not the case. When I press the power button it just fail off lol
