This coffeemaker is not only beautiful, it performs superbly. Easy to use, easy to clean. I love that you can adjust the brew strength. I am so glad I did not spend 2-3 times more for a more popular brand name. This machine is exactly what I wanted. I brew 14 strong cups at a time and then chill the coffee for iced coffee for busy work mornings.

This coffee maker looks great, makes good coffee, and has the convenience of a 14-cup capacity; however, it failed at the 13 month point. Tried to call Bella customer service to avail myself of the 2 year warranty, but I was placed on interminable hold, so I gave up. My previous coffee maker was a Bella Dot that failed at the 12 month point. So it's back to Black & Decker for me for a quarter of the price! A couple of other minor issues: 1) I had to return the first Bella Pro because half of the mesh on the bottom on the basket was missing--so check it out thoroughly when opening. 2) The power cord is very short, which may limit your positioning of the unit.

I absolutely love this coffee maker. It was affordable and it makes good coffee. It has easy to use controls and settings, plus, it is very explicit on how much coffee you should use for however many cups you wish to make. Plus, it has a timer that will make a pot of coffee for you every morning on the dot! It is perfect for me so that I can fill up my mug and run out the door to work.

I purchased this coffee maker to replace a much larger one that I had on the counter. Overall the maker works fine. It did take several brews to eliminate the plastic taste from the coffee but now that I am past that it works fine. There is a lot of condensation that collects on the inside of the top lid. This excess water then rolls into the reservoir once you open it. It bothers me a little since I don't think that this would much improve the flavor of the next pot. Also the area where you pour the water is very small. It is a minor issue but again not great. Finally I will say that the brewing time for this item is longer than any other pot I have ever owned but once you get used to that its fine. One the upside, it makes up to 14 cups of coffee which can be really nice at times. The look of the maker is nice and it has an automatic turn-off feature so you don't cook your coffee all day if you forget to shut it down. It also comes with a reusable filter which can save you money over time.

After shopping and comparing all the different brands out there, I decided on the Bella Pro 14 cup coffeemaker. WOW! Was I ever surprised and so happy for my choice. Makes great coffee, easy to use and easy to program. Everyday I wake up to the aroma of a great pot of coffee and I didn't break the bank getting this model. I am so happy with it and would recommend it to anyone in the market.

Great coffee, easy to clean. Love the included gold filter. Just a little complicated to program the Delayed Start. I kept resetting the Time every time I tried to program the morning start. (Be aware to leave about fifteen minutes for the coffee to brew when setting your program time; you are setting the start time, not the completion time.)

This is a great coffee maker. I have had some expensive and some entry-level coffee makers in the past and this one has proven to be the best. I like the fact that it is 14 cup maker. Everything works perfectly. You will not find another one at this price that can match the quality. Just buy this one!

This coffee make is spectacular in ease of use the coffee it makes. The only issue is that the keep warm function doesn’t seem to work all that well. My coffee will be only luke warm within even 30 minutes of brewing.

This coffee maker has our performed all my Mr.Coffee makers. I really like the even brewing, quick brewing, capacity, and quality of product. It looks good on my counters and fits under the upper cabinets. I would definitely buy another one.
