it's an excellent product for a the kitchen. Delight for the coffee lovers, only drawback is you dont have a coffee grinder option in this. But I am okay with it and I absolutely love the speed and easiness to clean it. Definitely recommend, I got a gr8 deal and you guys should look out to as well.

Performs as advertised. The Bella Pro Series was the highest-rated coffee maker in the reviews I read. Easy to use, and once you get your preferences (brew strength, number of cups, number of scoops of coffee) down, it makes great coffee.

The set up was just tid but more confusing than Im used to but once I got used to programming it , I am enjoying the convenience

After living on coffee pods for several years, I needed the ease of having a pot of coffee ready at hand. The Belle Pro Series has more than met my needs. It is simple in its use and efficient in its execution. I even get to add a touch of cinnamon to the coffee! YAY ME!

I’ve never had an issue with it, even after 2 years from purchase. I don’t use it a lot, but when I do it’s as good as new.

Love the design of this coffee maker. And it makes great coffee. I was looking for a new machine that took standard filters instead of the proprietary cone filters. A machine that didn't drop water all over the counter when you open the lid. A machine that had a full glass carafe that wouldn't leak at the seam and will properly empty and we found it with this machine. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the program light starts blinking when not it use. We don't set a program so maybe that's why.

Thai coffee machine has feature to keep the coffee warm for whatever amount of time you chose. Helpdul when you dont want to just keep it going and burn coffee and resuable filter basket is better than having to buy paper filters

I have used this device for about two weeks, everything works as expected except the touchscreen buttons, they are inaccurate and don’t respond every time as expected. Moreover, I have expected more functions since at this price there are more options with better functionality.

Elegant classy design with amazing functionality. Not only does this coffee pot make a great cup of coffee it's super fast and heat it to just the perfect temperature with all the features you want that are easy to use

I love this coffee pot. I use daily, so this is my second one. Great coffee, does not leak coffee grounds unless it is user error. It is way better than Mr. Coffee or Black & Decker. Much more sanitary than a Keurig.

Daily use. Keep on work. 14 cups for little extra in morning
