It’sa great coffee maker and I love having the larger capacity, but the red flag warning reviews were not kidding.,. Ordering parts is a nonexistent nightmare. The tiniest little party that holds a flimsy little handle to the reusable filter was broken on arrival and you cannot order a replacement part from the manufacturer, even as a warranty issue. PLUS because of its unique size/shape you can’t find a third party replacement online. Which meant I had to pack up the entire coffee maker, and drive it back to Best Buy (after having the initial order shipped to my home for convenience.) then they had to order one and have that shipped to me because it wasn’t an in store item. Then guess what…the replacement order arrived a few days later with the same part broken! After going through this dance again, i finally have a third coffee maker that works 100% and I am incredibly careful with it!

Excellent coffee maker. Offers different brew strengths, large capacity, auto brew timer, and filter basket. Very easy to clean. This is a much better coffee maker, and better tasting coffee than our K-cup machine, which we gave away! Best of all, got it on Deal of the Day for half the price of a K-Cup machine!

My Cuisinart coffeemaker started leaking (not the pot) and we had to find a new one quickly since we are coffee fiends. We ordered this Bella Pro and absolutely love! We can lift the full 18-cup coffee pot without it spilling some coffee on the counter and easily. It is so much easier to handle - great engineering!

I found this coffee machine listed for a great price at Best Buy online. I had read reviews on numerous websites before making the purchase. I am so pleased with my coffee machine. I've had to replace my very pricy single-serve coffee maker twice now, and I'm fed up with that brand. THIS, however, exceeds all exectations from the last coffee machine that made large pots. The machine was packaged really well, no parts were broken or missing. It is relatively quiet while brewing. I can program it to brew in the morning before I get out of bed. You can choose your brew strength (never saw that before!). I am overall impressed and extremely satisfied with this appliance investment. My only regret is that I did not buy a few more to give as gifts to family members. You won't ever want to go back to another coffee machine!

It's a pretty good coffee pot. Fast. Large. It pours great. I like the water on the side instead of the back. Also found out you can use the #4 cone coffee filters if you don't like the reusable one (because I do not). Cons - I'm not incredibly picky, but probably not the very best coffee in the world. It's good enough for me. The handle on the carafe is awful, it is a horrible shape to hold. It also stinks that the tab to open the top of the carafe is too short to hold it open while you are holding the handle when you are rinsing it. Overall, a good value though. The cons are small things, and because I had an in-store credit to use, I only paid $35 for this. So, no complaints here!

It's rather large but it serves the purpose of providing more coffee and it's easy to operate and it's a decent price and it's easy to clean and I would recommend it for Serious Coffee drinkers

The capacity and bells and whistles don’t make up for lackluster experience. I love the timer advising how long the pot has been sitting and the ability to alter the amount of time the warming plate stays on. However, I have to pour all cups over the sink because the condensation drips down the side of the cup and decanter. And every time the pot is removed, the filter basket drips, even hours later. The cherry on top is the inability to remove the coffee pot lid for easier cleaning, since it is also recommended to not use the dishwasher.

Now i can brew more coffee, in the mornings for my coffee mug, and left some at home for fhe family , great product and easy to program and get strong brew!

This coffee pot has been awesome. One of the few that makes up to 18 cups. A,azing for those weekend mornings. Also a nice feature, you are able to turn the beep off when brewing is complete. Well worth the sale price i was able to get this for. You wont be disappointed

Very easy to use and program. Makes a very good cup of coffee with "strenght of brew" settings tuned into my taste preferences. It's the only 18 cup pot we could find ... happy that this was a good purchase.

Coffee all day due to the capacity this coffee maker is incredible. Easy to use and keeps the coffee warm all day... Also doesn't take up much space and is surprisingly quiet.

I love this coffee maker it makes a great cup of fresh coffee. There is no issues at all. Coffee smells so good in the morning and the family is happy. I love the stainless steal feature and easy to clean product.

We love this coffee pot. In the weekends we tend to drink more. This gives us the option to brew one time over making multiple pots

My wife and I are very pleased with this coffee maker. We like the fact that you can make up to 18 cups of coffee when we have guests. The features are good and it makes a great cup of coffee.

Easy to use and makes great coffee! We are a smaller office and I struggled finding a larger coffee maker that was not a huge, super expensive industrial one. This is perfect.

It is a nice system, I appreciate the extra large capacity however i ordered it on 3/23, received it on 3/27 and the carafe broke on 4/19 so i am currently working with the company to get a new carafe. I feel for the price that maybe if the carafe is an issue ( i have seen other reviews with this problem) maybe they need to make the carafe more sturdy
