Love my coffee maker ,perfect size and works great

Large capacity with 18 cups and easy to program for automatic brewing

Got this as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend's mother. She has never had one with the reusable style filter. She likes the capacity, the brew time, the ability to program the strength, the time, etc; Overall, if it lasts several years, a quality purchase. Would recommend for a large family or those that entertain guests and serve coffee.

I love the larger pot and the ability to make more coffee. The pour spout allows a smooth pour without issues. One star off for not being able to turn the warmer back on after the auto shutoff without making an additional 4 cups of coffee.

It makes great coffee. Love waking up to the smell of brewed coffee. Easy to set up and use.

It makes more, keeps hot, and is amazing. The price was great for this item.

Great looking design for a large coffee maker. It makes a terrific pot if coffee.

Its an ok coffee maker, wasn't impressed at all at first. Im not a fan of the removeable cone shaped basket, nor how it stained the first time i used it. The main thing im not happy with is the " brew" button. There is no way, that i can figure out to just turn it on to reheat the coffee if the automatic shut off turns off before i use all the coffee. The only way the " brew" button will come on is if you add water to brew more coffee. I haven't found a way to just turn it back on after it shuts off with out adding water. I just want it to stay hot longer or a way to reheat with out " brewing" !! This issue almost made me return it!! I would only recommend if this didnt cause an issue for the buyer.

Very easy to program and keeps my coffee warm for up to 3 hours after making

The best thing about this product is that it’s there for you when you need it. It has no plan, no ulterior motives, no hidden agendas. It just provides the service you need without saying a word. And we are very satisfied it consume 18 cups really one time making for the whole day.

Great replacement for my old coffee maker. Honestly , l bought this coffee maker for the timer option. Nothing like waking up to a fresh pot of coffee. The internal filter is a great idea and money saver.

Excellent, large coffee pot! Makes a little or a lot of coffee and does it fast. Easy to program, pot pours very well and filter is a nice addition, along with scoop. Only complaints are the water reservoir isn't removable, but I can image it would be heavy with 18 cups of water.

Huge coffee pot like the quality with the sale price

We have mixed feelings regarding this coffee machine. We’ve had it for a month and here’s our take on it: Pro: lots of coffee Easy UI especially the program function Cons: -If the machine turns off there’s no way to turn on the warming burner without having to make more coffee. -this machine drips a lot when you pull the kettle out. -we use 7 scoops of coffee for 18 cups water and for some reason the grinds tend to over flow over the filter into the plastic cup the filter fits into. Due to this it has clogged and spilled coffee on the counter. We keep this in mind when we prepare it for the next day. Over all we like it but don’t know if we would buy again.
