Bought this for my parents who have a house full of people and they like mom does complain about it being to heavy when it is full so think about that before you buy.

I recommend this coffee maker to anyone who makes coffee regularly. Larger than normal capacity easy to operate controls very good clean look permanent washable filter makes an excellent cup of coffee pause feature if you want to draw off a cup during Brewing make small amounts to large amounts with equal quality.

Love the big size of this! Makes excellent coffee and it's nice to have the different brewing strength options. I like that I don't have to use any filters as it comes with a built in coffee filter. Easy to use, make coffee quick, and delicious ☺️

I would say this is one of the best purchases we have made! The 18 cups come in very handy for two BIG coffee drinkers and the easy of filling the reservoir is a bonus. It does take a cup to get the coffee to HOT but that isn't a big problem. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this coffee pot!

This is honestly a great machine. I generally don’t leave reviews, but this thing gets your coffee made quick and it tastes very smooth. I also like the function where it tells you how old the coffee is, so my husband and I don’t have to worry about who made it when. Highly recommend.

This coffee maker is amazing it brews so fast. Our family drinks a lot of coffee when we all get together so it was important to me that I had a coffee maker that was large and fast as well as had a longer keep warm time which this checked every box.

I like that the water and coffee got in 2 separate compartments. This pot holds enough coffee for a family get together, or as little as a Sunday morning for 2 people. I got this on a deal of the day, and it's definitely worth every penny.

Very nice coffee maker! If you're a coffee drinker and the so-called 12 cup makers just don't hold enough this is the coffee maker for yoi. Not very noisy and adjustable strength settings. Also has a permanent coffee filter.

This is an excellent coffee maker. And so striking to just look at. I have to admit I bought this for myself and I absolutely loved it but at the time it was bigger than I imagined it would be and I really didn't want to use as much space so I regifted to a sister-in-law who equally fell in love with it and is using it every single day. The twist in the story is that I have since moved and now have a larger kitchen and this would look wonderful and fit amazingly in the area I have my now smaller and subpar coffee maker. I guess I'll be on the lookout for the next time this baby goes on sale. In the meantime, I have to say it is highly recommended. It has every setting that you could ever want and is even smart capable.

Wonderful counter top coffee maker. Replaced an old under the counter Mr Coffee. Like night & day. This one is fast. Coffee can be adjusted strength wise. Totally happy with this purchase. Got it for $49.99. Money well spent.

works great and love the size of carafe. Main complaint is that it will only do up to 4 hours keeping it hot.

Huge pot, works good. Wish it had an option to keep it warm. For the price I got it for, it’s good. Would have been frustrated to pay full price

Writing this review 2 years after owning and still works as good as day 1. Nothing gourmet or fancy about it, but the self cleaning feature is cool and the brewing timer is my favorite feature.

Easy to use. Not all of the water empties out of the basin, and that grosses me out. If a fuzzy or anything gets in it’s hard to get out.

Bought the 18 cup programmable coffee maker about a month ago and it's great, I don't' have to be making coffee every 30 minutes. I really recommend the coffee maker to anyone that is coffee drinker.

Excellent large quantity coffee brewer for home use. Makes a solid cup of coffee from 4 cups all the way out to its max. Easy to use and to keep clean. I would buy it again if it broke.
