i got this with the expectation of it taking up less counter space and it does .. essentially half the size of a 4qt bella that i bought earlier this year .. and both works as expected ... but ... if i put the same amount in each ,,, the larger will cook it more evenly because the basket will be half full ,, where the smaller bella basket will be full ,, thus putting the top food in the basket closer to the heating elements ... and will burn the top basket of food more easier ,, especially if you donna shake the basket half way cooking it .. and shaking a full basket is a notta a gonna work ,,, you need to dump the whole basket out on a plate ,, shake it up and dump it back in the basket .. to finish cooking ..

Five stars for the Black Friday price, quality. The basket is nonstick coated metal but lightweight. The removable basket tray is 6.5" diameter and works well enough with a 6" perforated parchment paper insert. The heating element is much like an electric burner but upside down. There is a fan directly above the heat element. The AC draw is 1200W.

I am new to the Air Fryers but as soon as I bought this product I fell in love! I can use it for everything that I want to reheat (leftovers) and the consistency is way better than by using the microwave! I even cook raw chicken for 20 minutes each side, just sprinkle seasoning and a dash of olive oil and my meal will be crispy in the outside and juice in the inside! It is so yummy!.

We already have a larger air fryer and wanted a smaller one that’s simple to use and for smaller dishes. Well this little Bella is about perfect for that and it’s super simple to use. This air fryer doesn’t have all the fancy digital controls and settings, just two dials, time and temp. The pot is good enough for a single hamburger patty, a couple hot dogs, or a couple bigger strips of bacon. We tried out some bacon right away, set the temp at 400 and at the 8 minute mark it was perfectly done, nice and crisp around the edges and well done in the center “these were thick cut” so if you used thin the time should be a little bit shorter. If you are looking for a very simple to use and one that’s perfect for single servings this is about as easy as it gets. The one thing I highly recommend doing when you get this is to clean out the container with soap and water then take the whole thing outside and runt it at 400F for 20 minutes. It’s going to give off a pretty strong burnt smell but after that you are good to go. The nonstick pot is very easy to clean and nothing we’ve tried sticks to it at all. Overall it’s a very good value for a smaller sized air fryer.

Now that everyone is working from home it is a great way to “set and forget” that mid-day meal. You are probably not going to be roasting whole chickens with this, which is OK. Keep it simple. Get something like this that works. If I could wish for one tiny improvement it would be that the timer knob should have ridges to make it easier to grip / spin. We put too much time on our first test and it was hard back off the time (counter clockwise) because it was so still and such a smooth surface on the knob. Again, this is a very minor thing and does not take away from the overall quality. I recommend the Bella Pro Series - 2-qt. Analog Air Fryer for anyone who wants a great result without all the bells and whistles of more expensive units.
