I got this so we can toast the bagels every morning without a hustle. All of my family loves this toaster! It works great. We use this every day. This shows how many seconds till it pops up so we don't need to wait in front of it like when it will be done. It gives nice toasting colors. We normally use dial 3 and that is mostly perfect. Great product to try!

This is possibly one of the best toasters i have ever purchased

I have been looking for a good, easy to clean crumb tray toaster, for a while now. This fills my requirements. Nice wide slots, "cancel" button, different heat settings and bread types, and best of all the crumb tray slides out, instead spilling crumbs with the kind that pulls down from the bottom. It's my perfect toaster - finally!

Bought this toaster on deal of the day for $25. I have used it a couple of times. I like the digital countdown. I like that it has a function to raise up items that don't clear the top of the toaster so you don't have to figure out how to get them out. It has nice wide slots for wide items and the sides move inward when you push the plunger down to hold items securely. I found that toast is browned just right on setting 2. It is wider than you would expect so takes up more counter space. About twice as wide as my cheap old Toastmaster toaster. it does toast faster than my old toaster. So far I am happy with my purchase. It does seem cheaper made on the inside than my old toaster that I have had for 15 or 20 years. The arms that the bottom of the toast sits on and moves the toast up and down has thin flimsy pieces of metal which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of five. Also the arm that moves the toast up and down seems flimsier then my old toaster also. My old toaster had sturdy thick wires to hold the bottom of toast and move it up and down. My old toaster worked fine but slots were narrow, more for toast than thick bagels even though it had a bagel setting on it. I will hang on to my old toaster just in case. Had to wait about a week or so for it to ship to store. Noticed some on shelf when I picked mine up so was disappointed I had to wait. Pickup was easy and fast.
