This toaster works great, it toasts as it should, and looks really good, matching my other stainless appliances, The digital touchscreen saves me from turning the old style black knob for the darkness of toasting. Plus there is no knob to accidentally bump and mess up the settings. Very pleased with this purchase.

It’s a pretty straightforward toaster. The digital display is very modern and a plus! The bottoms to change mode settings to defrost can be a little difficult but other than that it’s a hood toaster with a visible timer. Plenty of space to clean the crumbs that fall too.

It a toaster that looks great but has some flaws. It often leaves one side burnt and the other side raw. its a toss up at this point. Maybe mine is just defective try at your own risk i guess. But don't let the return policy expire like I did if yours doesn't work lol.

This is a good toaster. The slot is wide enough to comfortably fit a bagel. It has a sleek stainless steel appearance and looks at home on my countertop. When you turn the knob to set the doneness level you want, it controls a digital timer that counts down so you know how long before the toast will be ready. The settings go from 0:40 to 3:40 for regular toast. Longer times when you use the bagel or defrost features. Speaking of features, as mentioned, it has a bagel feature and defrost feature. I tried the bagel feature, it seemed to do well, toasting the inside of the bagel while not over browning the outside. For toast, it toasted both sides well. One one a bit more toasted than the other, but fairly even. My one complaint for this toaster is that the outside surface of the toaster gets pretty hot when in use. If this is a concern for you, you need to look for one with better insulation. This is the reason for only 4 stars.

It is a stretch to say this is a digital touchscreen (it is not), it has touch buttons, and a screen, but not a touchscreen. That being said, for the price, it works very well. I like it and it toasts nicely

Toaster works well for basic toasting and both defrost and bagel modes as well. Only minor complaints I have are that on several occasions, pop tarts, which are quite thin, got stuck in the mechanism. Also, inexplicably, the labeling on both the defrost and bagel buttons wore away.

I needed a new toaster after many years and choose to go to Best Buy to see what they had. I found this beauty on sale and I love it. The only drawback is I wish it was a 4 slicer, but that's a minor inconvenience. This appliance is lightweight and efficient. I really like the digital timer too.

Cancel button printing came off. The button still works but looks kind of ugly with that worn off and hard to tell where it's at. Less that a month old. Other than that works as expected with no issues.

it toasts evenly except for the very bottom edge and the only complaint is the darkness setting is lacking. Being untenable to set as needed, one setting is to dark and the next lower is to light. If you are able to watch the timer then you can manually stop were needed.

Works but sometimes burns toast even if u keep the same settings that before come out great buttons wear off so better remember which is which

Hum, wanted to use this though in the end it just seemd...do I really need to have a yet another digital device in my life. If you do, or if you want one for toast then would seem a good way to go. I ordered it in chrome, of course, though for price asked I would recommend the black color as it cost less.

I really like the toaster, it toasts bread very evenly. However, The bagel light and the defrost light already do not work and I'm not sure if those two functions are even working.

Works well enough. I like the countdown timer just to know when it will finish. Bread and English Muffins toast almost perfect on "2" setting... old toaster was "5"...so over toasted twice until turned down to this level. If it lasts 20 years like our old Kitchen Aid did, well be happy!
