Adequate basic rice cooker

A minimum of 3 cups of rice is necessary otherwise the rice will burn somewhat on the bottom. Use plenty of water. The steam function is nice

FYI - there will be a lot of steam so keep it in the open.

20-cup or 10-cup rice cooker?

The plastic lid cover somehow made it cheap by quality even it works. Also the 20-cup description making me thin kit can cook 10 cups! NO, it cooks maximum of 10 rice cups only in making total of expanding 20 cooked rice cups.

Nice steamer.

I haven’t used this for rice but I steamed some crab legs in it and they turned out excellent. The only downside that I can see is that the steam tray isn’t that big but it does do a good job.

Bella - Pro Series 20-Cup Rice Cooker - Stainless

The light emitting diodes are clear and legible, and the prints on the buttons are also easy to read. Its 'risotto' and soup settings are better than most. Steaming is a bit funky but maybe it's me.

Burned after 6 months

After a little over 6 months, it burned. Good thing someone was home and unplugged it before something major could have happened. Gave it 3 stars instead of 1 because under warranty, the manufacturer will refund me what I paid for it (cited didnt have any in stock). Still waiting for the check to arrive, but at the very least after 2 weeks of back and forth communication and providing proof of purchase, pictures and videos, they approved the warranty claim.
