    I have not opened the package. The reason I bought this was because of the 20-cup description. When I received the product, it turned out to be only a 10-cup. The description is misleading. All name-brand cookers will state uncooked rice capacity. I have a 10-cup Zojirushi and I thought this would be a great complement to it when families come for gatherings.
