Bella Pro Series 20 cup

Broke so fast

Not worth the money.

We only used the correct utensils so this was pretty alarming. I wouldn't buy this again.

Returned to best buy. I do not recommend purchasing this item, should have listened to all the other reviews.

Rice comes out hard and clumpy

Cooked it the way I make rice everytime and what the manual said
