I’ve tried it twice since then and it doesn’t work; just gives an error message. Best Buy stated there was nothing they could do as it was outside of the return window and to call the company.

Review of Bella - Pro Series 20-Cup Rice Cooker

I only discovered this when I received it in the mail. Too much hassle to return. No plastic wrapping to protect the inner pot. A pointed bulge on the side of the inner pot is visible, a sure sign of it having been subjected to impact by a sharp object. Printed documentation about the cooker scatters within the cooker and curls up, indicating that it has been opened, read and used before

Rubber burn smell, improper operation.

Right after plugged it in, the 4 dash running and the instruction book said "dash lights = it warms up itself". Patiently waited, and the next thing I knew was smoking up with a rubber burn smell. I swear I was scared. Customer Service: please assist. It is over the return window, what should I do, I would not use it again.

This is not a 20-cup Rice Cooker! Its a 10-Cup!!

I was so dismayed, I already have a 10 cup one, I want to return it but no time and I need a back up rice cooker that time. I could have bought an actual 20 cups if I could have known for the prize when I got it! I felt that I was tricked! :(
