Awesome rice cooker.

The cooker made excellent rice. It was fluffy and delicious. It also took very little time to cook the rice. I haven't tried other things in it yet like risotto, but I mostly bought it to make rice.

poorly made

No metal was used on it at all but in washing the pot deep scratches developed and there was absolutely no reason for it. Can't really return it because it is under a manufacturer's warranty and they're so busy that they haven't gotten back to me in several weeks meaning that the best buy return time has come and gone.

BE WARY! This Co. doesn't offer replacement parts!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Be careful because they don't offer replacement parts, so when the seal cracks from a year of use you are out of luck, I tried ebay replacements and they only worked a few times. Get a product from a company that offers replacement parts.
