Title says it all. I had no idea what I would need an air fryer for. I had a traditional fryer several years ago and just never really used it. When all the hype around air fryers hit, I just never bought into it. So I wasn't expecting much when I got this one for review. I was blown away the first time I used it. I just threw in some frozen chicken strips and french fries as my first test. In all my years of making those things in the oven, I was never more impressed. It was like eating a whole different food. They were perfectly crispy and tasted more like something you'd get from a restaurant, and not out of the freezer. This definitely got me a little more excited. So I tried cooking some fresh food; chicken wings. Keep in mind, I'm not actually the biggest fan of wings to begin with. They came out perfect. They were hands down the best wings I'd ever eaten, and I just used a generic seasoning packet from the grocery store. I've tried several different kinds of foods since then, ranging from frozen to fresh and everything in between, and every single time, it just comes out perfect. And this thing really couldn't be easier to use. I'll admit, I was a little intimidated at first, since I really didn't know temps and times and all that. I read through the instruction booklet, but after my first couple times, I kinda found out you just need to put your food in and just check it every so often and give everything a shake or turn. I now find myself using this little guy more than I use my own oven. It is just so much more convenient and often gives me much better results. There's no waiting for the oven to preheat or anything, so cooking is usually done faster as well. There just isn't a bad thing I can say about this fryer. If you are at all on the fence, just go ahead and get it. You won't be disappointed.

I really like this air fryer but it shuts off randomly.

it was overally ok kinda to plasticky not very crispy

The first unit we received smelled intensely of burning plastic. The smell was so intense that after airing out the house for two hours our daughter still woke up at night and thought something was on fire. Tried letting it run for over an hour to see if it got any better and it still just reeked of burning plastic. The replacement unit seems a little better, but still smells disgusting. Will have to run it outside for an hour to see if it burns off. Our previous (Chefman) air fryer did not have any issue like this. Given how intense the smell on the Bella Pro is, I'm not clear it is is safe to use.

Purchased as a gift for our daughter. She loves it.

Fast and quality product. Will make your life easier

The rubber feet on the crisping tray broke off and the digital readout after 2 months shows the boil and air fryer stage on the display at the same time when cooking. The air fryer basket is peeling off on the inside.

The first time I used this to make tater tots. I couldn't believe how good and crispy they came out. Much better than from the toaster oven. The second time I made roasted chicken. It took at least twice as long as it should have and because there was no sound it seemed like the fan wasn't on the whole time. The next time I tried tater tots again and realized that the fan wasn't working and that is what makes it cool fast. I guess I just got a bad one, so I returned it.

I haven’t used it yet I gave five stars because the box came damaged looks like it’s been through a lot. Not sure if this will even work it was a Christmas gift not no more

I have been looking at air fryers for quite a while but had been hesitant to purchase. I have an oven, convection oven and a microwave but this is a healthier alternative.

Not a good it’s get hot really easy is broke all resdy

I love bella airfryer due to its affordability. But i do have concern on this model, the teflon breaks off after few use. Which i don’t think is safe to use

Sides of basket are hard to keep clean because of design. Unit only worked for 2 months, now let’s see how the warranty process goes?

Worked great but broke after not even a year. Bought it March 2021 and yesterday (January 17 2022) I put it on 400 to cook chicken wings for the cowboys game and it shortfired :(

I'm still learning to air fry. I doesn't cook my fish good. The fish breading never gets brown not matter what amount of olive spray is used. The fish breading taste under cook and does stick on fish.

The Air Fryer smells really bad while cooking, I have washed it many times but still can smell the plastic. The food smells like a piece of burned plastic. Don't know what to do with it, but absolutely would not use it for family and friends at all.

Haven’t used this item yet but I have heard a lot of good things regarding air fryers which is why I took a chance with buying this one and it’s digital.

It does the job but the numbers on the dials wore off and now I can’t see the temperature setting anymore, better options out there for sure

I was very happy with this air fryer but less than 9 months later t just stopped working out of nowhere, very disappointing.

Still trying to get used to air frying. Have had moderate success but I've never heard a tone from this machine. I'm wondering if it is defective and I need to return it.
