I have not used the Air Fryer yet. Therefore, I can not give it a rating.

They were extremely unorganized and slow. I went back in twice after receiving the text it was ready a hour prior

Does the job but the air fryer is not big enough I would say get a bigger one if u have the counter space for it

Good product at a fair price. Although it is, as advertised, a touchscreen unit, it is not truly digital.

Rubber holder is inside the lid .thats why returned it

I would have gave the item 5 stars was really happy with the purchase but now it will run for about 8 minutes and then completely shuts down have no clue what the issue might be the warranty only covers part's. With my only having it for 3 months I just wish they would replace the item with a new one. So this is my reason for giving it 2 stars.

Didn’t work only good for one use then everything start breaking down don’t waist your money

Cooks o.k. but after only a few uses, the end of cooking cycle THREE BEEPS do not sound (never worked)! If you don't get the food out of the air fryer in time... FOOD DRIES UP. The matte finish not a plus. Fryer hard to clean and looks OLD already.

Not terribly disappointing just wished I’d bought a model with two compartments...

for the price i paid, which is $40 it is good i guess for the brand but it’s really small

It is a bit too small for two people and meat does not taste the same. Sometimes it's dry and the flavor is not developed that one would get with a longer cook (I made winds and thighs). French fries were unevenly cooked and dry at the ends.

I bought for my dad, not big enough. Returned it. That's when things went down hill.

Did not heat and cook for evenly. Was easy to use.

Small size but good form factor. Fits easily in kitchen counter.

OK. I've heard of these devices, but I didn't pay much attention to them. Then I gave air frying a try. I started with some chicken. Oh Myyyyy. This air fryer produced some tender-on-the-inside-crisp-on-the-outside chicken that was absolutely fantastic! Steak? YES! Cooked better than I've ever done. And then I tried french fries. I will not make fries any other way from now on. So all of that is probably about air fryers in general. For this specific product, I'm quite happy with it. It's roomy, yet small enough to fit comfortably on my small countertop. The display panel is simple and functions pretty automatically. As tech goes, it's not too involved or complicated to operate. The only real annoyance I have is the elevated grill: There's no simple mechanism to remove it: you have to essentially pull it out and hope your finger is small enough to grip it. This grill piece is also a little annoying to clean since food gets stuck in the rubber spacers. Otherwise, this air fryer is a simple pleasure to use...and I'm using it alot now!

Smells like burning plastic when in use and your house smells caustic when it is turned off. I ordered this item because I am a senior and unable to get out. I can't return so I lost approximately $40.

Worked great for about 5 months, now it wont even turn on
