Nothing perfect, but for the money you pay it's good!

Purchased this air fryer for my daughter for Christmas on December 11th 2021. She informed me on January 28th 2022 that it was malfunctioning. Unfortunately, our return eligibility was up on January 16th. Sort of disappointed that my money went to waste. I guess I should have known better and bought an extended warranty on something such as this but definitely expected it to last longer than a month.

I bough this by mistake I wanted a instant pot with fryer. You would not let me send it back, because it was after 15 days. When I bought it it said 30 days, so that needs to be fixed. Beside you lost out on a sail because I bough what I wanted. I will not be buying from your Company again. Terrible service. She said to take it back to a store. I am handicapped 74 Years old. I have no way to get to a store.. if I sent it back it would cost me plus stocking charge. It would probably cost me more than it way.

I do not recommend this brand of Air Fryer. It states in the user manual that you must set it on a hot pad or coasters or something else because if you use it directly on the counter top that it can leave permanent black marks on your counter top. I was puzzled by this when I read the manual but I trusted the manual thus I set the Air Fryer on either a hot pad or coasters while using. Unfortunately, someone in my family forgot this and yep, it sure left permanent black marks on my counter top. It seems that if this is a known problem, instead of putting a notice in the user manual, that it would be wiser to FIX THE PROBLEM instead. Do not buy!

It was a great one till it started over heating! It was on recall! Been waiting for almost three months for refund

decent item. however it leave behind a lingering burning exhaust small that fills up the room. kind of makes the room smell as if a engine motor is on fire.

A whole piece on the side was missing/broken off. When I tried to exchange it, they didn't have anymore in stock so I ended up having to return it. Super bummed because I got this at a deal that i likely won't see again.

The rubber edge grippers tore after 6 or 8 uses. Now the tray falls to the bottom, crooked with no air space underneath it. It can't function properly without that space! It did work well for those 6 or 8 uses I got out of it.

Description indicated it was 4 qt. Manual indicated that you could only put 2 to 3 cups at a time. Called customer support and they reiterated their recommendation of cooking only 2 to 3 cups at a time. Not acceptable so we returned it.

Omg, the cleanup is so easy...love that. This is ready to go right out of the box, wipe the unit and wash the basket and ready fir some crispy fries that tasted like fried in oil...yummy. I cooked a small steak on broil and wow juicy and delicious. Chicken nuggets come out juicy but with a nice crispy exterior crunch. Spice up some wings and again wow, juicy, and not dried out. I am truly enjoying the many foods it can cook. The quantities are more than sufficient for two healthy adults or even three. The real plus is the ease of cleaning both by hand or the dishwasher.

ORDERED THE ITEM AS A XMAS GIFT. THE ITEM ARRIVED IN A BOX THAT LOOKED BEAT-UP AND NO SHIPPING LABEL ON THE OUTSIDE OF BOX, ALSO NO RECEIPT. THE BOX LOOKED LIKE IT WAS SOLD AS OPEN BOX. THE BOX WAS ALSO DAMAGED.

Already need to return as the door no longer hits the switch to turn it on.

Used it tonight to bake chicken and it was done in 18 minutes!! This has changed my life in such a good way! Now I can get dinner ready in order 20 minutes! With our schedule it works just great! It’s easy to use and clean. It’s quiet too. Doesn’t take up a lot of space! It looks so neat and clean too. The chicken tasted amazing. Definitely happy to get it!!

I haven't really had good luck with air fryers. My first one was so small I could barely use it, but this one is the perfect size for two people. I tested it on frozen onion rings and it performed like a champ. It handled hand breaded fried chicken as well. The air fryer is great, but this little machine is multifunctional. The touch screen has options for baking, roasting, broiling, reheating, and pizza baking. I used it to reheat left over pizza, and I'm not sure I'll ever use my oven for that again.

I've been very pleased with this fryer. We actually have a larger air fryer, but this one has become my favorite. It's compact and does a great job on the food we've cooked in it. There is absolutely no setup required for this machine. I pulled it out of the box, rinsed out the fryer basket, plugged it in and made chicken strips for my daughter. I think what I like most about this machine is the digital touchscreen. Really nice user interface. Really easy to configure and use. A must have in any kitchen.

I've wanted an air fryer for a long time but my wife doesn't like a lot of appliances taking up counter space so when i get a chance I try to look for things that are multifunctional. I will admit that I'm a french fry guy and in my younger days I'd take a fresh potato, cut it into french fry size and drop it into a Big Daddy deep fryer. Now that I'm older and need to watch my cholesterol I've been interested in an air fryer for a while to try to be more heart healthy with my diet.. I picked up this 4 quart fryer mainly since it's just my wife and I these days and didn't need a countertop hog. I've used the air fry function mainly for air frying frozen french frys and prepackaged frozen buffalo wings and they always turn out great but I finally tried fresh chicken wings and chicken livers. UMMMMMMM. Perfect!!! Something different... at times I do a fire roasted pepper and decided to toss in whole fresh jalapenos and they turn out great, nicely roasted and soft. Next attempt will be asparagus!!! I haven't tried baking or broiling yet and I'm really interested in trying the pizza soon but we've really cut back on our carbs so maybe a califlower crust (that just doesn't sound appetising to me though. After we are done it's non-stick coating makes clean up a breeze. Just a quick light scrub with soapy water and a rinse and it's good to go the next time you need it. So far it's exceeding expectations and really should have gotten one of these sooner.

While what I received seems to work fine so far, I kept thinking it was much smaller than what I remembered ordering. Unfortunately, due to a very busy life with 6 kids, I didn't realize until today that I received a 2 qt instead of the 4 qt that I ordered and now it says its unreturnable.
