Picked up for a gift and was opened 11/13. missing grate for bottom of fryer basket. It needs to be in to allow air to encircle the food while cooking. Says no return after 11/03. Only 3 weeks after picking up.

The directions for use are clear and easy to follow and most importantly the food comes out great. Cooks faster and with minimal amounts of oil (if any is needed at all). The touch display works well. Highly recommended.

It was really larger than I needed (5.5 qt) so this looked good and couldn't beat the price. (The price actually dropped $20 the day after I bought it on line. Best Buy made it right with their price match guarantee.) Super easy to unpack and clean. Just picked up today and used right away. Very easy. Only thing I wish, is that the manual cooking guide had more common frozen items listed like fries. Referenced the guide from my old air fryer and my steak fries came out perfect. Super easy to clean too. Perfect size for a single or couple. Love it!

Looks like the box was used as a soccer ball in the Olympic Games. I’m embarrassed to give this item as a Christmas gift in this shape.
