Its size meet my family needs. And it's very energy efficient. The only complaint is that it has plastic smalls for first 4 uses.

Works well and is really worth the money if you're someone who eats a lot of fried food.

Less than 1 year of owning, used rarely, few times/month, nonstick coating of the basket started to peel off. Yes, we always used soft sponges and mild soap, never abrasives or chemicals. Always user manual followed for proper usage. In process of obtaining warranty. Manual says I need to ship it back on my expenses, with insurance, huge heavy box like that easily will go for the price of new unit to just by new. Trying to have Bella send me a replacement basket, waiting on a response from them. Based on how this ends it very likely will be my last product from this company. Being reading reviews on other of their products, like toasters and coffee makers and they all have quality issues. Look for longevity when reading the 5-star reviews, all products are nice 1-st week after purchase. The question is what happens after that? You can't have a critical piece like the frying basket, where your food is cooked, in touch with failing protective coating, potentially leaching toxic chemicals into your food after about only 20 usages or so. This was a replacement unit after we had an Insignia one that was recalled for potential fire hazard by Best Buy and I feel sorry we didn't keep the Insignia one and got this one. We never had issues with the Insignia one.

I purchased this air fryer as a replacement when my much more expensive air fryer (purchased elsewhere) just stopped working after a few months. It was taking the manufacturer months for it to be replaced. I got tired of waiting and I decided to purchase this unit from Best Buy. I have been very satisfied with the air fryer. It’s reliable and I would not want to be without it.
