    Arrived in original box a little battered with packing tape keeping it together. This was a gift and I did not have time to open and inspect the unit. A week later the gift recipient told me the box was missing instructions and the recipe booklet advertised on the box. I suspect BB sold me an open boxed, previously returned unit? This makes me very upset as I paid for a NEW unit. I am also embarrassed to explain my suspicion to the gift recipient. In the meantime I am trying to find them the materials they are missing as returning the unit would be a difficult task logistically. Unfortunately, I cannot speak to how this unit performed because as of today they have yet to use it since they don't have instructions! If I hear the unit works well I'll update my review, in the meantime this review reflects BB and not the product performance itself.
