I bought this in May of '22 and it was great at first. But now, one side of the toaster only works half the time. It doesn't count down correctly, it doesn't heat up like it should, and sometimes that side just doesn't even turn on. I'll be returning this, and I won't purchase something from this brand again.

Bought this one on sale, and I must say, this is one of my good purchases. Lots of options, and the controls are easy to master.

It toasts every single on evenly i was wordied some slots would be uneven but its amazing.

Easiest toaater we have ever had! Once you figure out your favorite setting it much easier to set it for whatever your making

Although the only thing touch screen id the lever, it still serves its purpose and gets the job done. Easy to clean trays in the back.

This product works great when you have to toast multiple items at once. Especially on those rushed mornings before work.

The bella toaster is great. Has a great digital timer/touchscreen and has variaty of slots.

This was a perfect addition to my kitchen. I like the fact that it has digital display.

The first one I received only one side worked. There were also weird marks on the inside metal part. Customer service ordered a replacement for me to exchange it. The new one worked however the touch buttons take a few presses before it switches settings some times and the new one also had the same marks on the inside metal. I have used it about 6 times so far and it still has a burn like smell but slowly fading. Thankfully it was on sale. I would not pay full price for this toaster.

Great toaster it helps that it has 4 slots and are wide. Done a lot of Egos. The only thing the letters are rubbing out in the buttons.

I gave it 4 stars because the right side buttons don't work. Otherwise it is excellent toaster. You can always adjust the time and know when it is done.

Love the different features on the toaster. The bagel setting is really nice. My bagels come out perfect each time.
