I thought this toaster would work better than my other one that when ever it was set on a certain darkness setting it would change due to the vibrations when popping up, this one when you set it, it stayed where you set it but it toasts unevenly on the two sides of the toast. I thought that was odd so I returned this particular one and tried a second one but it did the same thing so I returned it also and gave up on this brand.

The timer display on one side acts up and the white on the cancel button has already come off. We have only had the toaster for 5 months. Buy a different toaster.

After using it for a couple of months the writing on the outside with setting info came off. Also it does not toast evenly. I would not recommend purchasing this product.

So far this new toaster works great. It heats faster than my last toaster and it toast my bread and bagels quickly. I love the touchscreen countdown timer, which helps me plan the rest of my meal to be ready in time for the bread. It seems well-made. The only thing I wish was that I could fit the length of a small sub roll horizontally in the toaster as I could in my last toaster. With this toaster, I have to toast half of it vertically, flip it, and then toast the other half vertically. It just needs to be about 2 to 3 inches longer horizontally, and it would be perfect.

This toaster is fantastic so far. I have only used it for a couple of weeks. That is long enough for me to figure out the settings for me to get perfect toast every time. Browns perfectly without all those lines where the heat didn't reach on my old toaster. I have used different breads and they all seem to turn out crispy on the outside without burning. Everything seems to work like it should with one exception. When I push the cancel button I have to push it just right for it to work. The digital timer is perfect for setting up the toaster to make your toast exactly like you like it! It is so nice to see how much time is left until done while cooking other things at the same time. Excellent toaster!!!! I recommend this toaster to all those who like a great slice of toast.

I finally decided to get a 4-slot toaster. I don't think I could have chosen a better product. This toaster is so aesthetically pleasing with its modern look and features. My favorite feature is the digital countdown so you can know exactly when it will be done. There are 2 slots to clean out either of the 2-slotted sides. You can use either side, so all 4 slots are not in use at the same time (only 2 at a time). Pushing up on the lever raises the toast platform higher for added ease on retrieving whatever you toasted.

Best toaster I’ve ever used! It has a digital screen that tells you the countdown time. If the toaster is warm from using it already, it’ll adjust the time on the next batch so it toasts perfectly every time. The slots are wide so bagels fit perfectly, and it has a bagel option that adjusts the time for the thickness of bagels. This toaster is worth every penny!

Major upgrade for us for small money. We've got two kids and this makes getting them breakfast ready that much faster. Fits bagels fine and we love the digital timer so you know how much time is left. Easy to adjust and use, and works as well as any toasters that is 3 times the price. We actually bought two, one for our house and one for our condo we liked it so much.

Got this toaster because it has the timer. Hated not knowing when the toast or bagel was going to be ready. This thing works well still after 1 year. The design is also sleek and modern and looks great in the kitchen. Some of the text has smeared away from the buttons, but the buttons are still functional.
