Works...for 4 months

Then it decides to take a crap and only work on one side. What a piece of junk!! If we wanted a single toaster, we would buy one!! AND spend less money.

Only 1 side working from day 1

After 6 months we were visiting and she was using the toaster but just 1 side and she stated that just the 1 side worked since taking it outbof bix. I wish she had told me and i could have returned/replaced it.

Stopped working after less than 3 months

Unfortunately the right side of the toaster no longer works. When I depress the lever to turn begin heating the bread, the mechanism will not catch so it is rendered useless. I contacted the manufacturer and I am in the process of working with them to get some help. I found the process of working with the manufacturer quite difficult. Overall I do not have much confidence in this product.
